Welcome to our cozy 1-bedroom condo (871.1 sq ft), thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals at your leisure, and the spacious living room is perfect for relaxation. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the balcony with a delightful partial ocean view, making your stay truly special.

* Welcome fee Includes: One FOB, a lanyard for the FOB, coupons from the café and a pamphlet on interesting things to do in the area. Additional FOB $30 each

Parking fees

* 3 weeks (14 to 21 days): $150.00
* 4 weeks (21 to 30 days): $175.00
* Temporary Pass: $20.00 for a few hours

Property may include a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video or audio surveillance monitoring on the interior of the unit. Great place with full pool and beach access. Interior is a little dated, but no big deal..m full kitchen with all needed amenities. Great AC. The gym is large and usually empty, and there is a coffee shop open daily with nice employees. Always found parking. Note: the office to check in has 9-5 hours.

The condo has everything you will need for your stay . The beach view from the balcony was Amazing!The pool was nice and clean. The host was very communicative and answered all of our questions. The location was walking distance to Walmart and close to the airport. We will definitely come back again. I highly recommended .

ce condo a besoin d'amour et d'inclusions neufs a tout prix !!

L'endroit est magnifique, grand parking, bien situer, superbe vue, mais...Le bas de la porte patio est rouillé ce qui empeche de fermer la porte, on doit la prendre a deux mains et forcer, les vitres du balcons sont tres tres sales donc aucune vue assis, la salle de bain est tres vieille, pommeau fini, les robinets ainsi que le bain des années 60, éclairage laisse a desiré, on a manquer de papier de toilette, les 2 lit extremement mou, on roule au centre, ustensiles et poelonne a renouveler, hotte fonctionne pas convenablement, pas de linge a vaissele et torchons, pas de verre a vin, l ouvre bouteille brisé, des chaises de jardins carré en guise de chaise de plage, une glaciere tout dechiré qui ne ferme plus. une micro tele qui ne fonctionne pas dans la chambre, toutes ces petites choses qu'on apprecie quand on ne les a pas. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi les femmes de menage ramasse tout ce que les autres laisse en terme de condiment sec, filtres a café etc.. on doit tout acheter a chaques fois !! Voila mon opinion j espere que cela servira a quelqu'un.
