We loved our stay in this beautifully updated condo. It is located at the base of the ski resort and was a perfect location for attending a summer concert at Beech Mountain. The condo was very clean and everything in working order. The owner was quickly responsive to questions and very kind. We look forward to staying here again!

This property was fantastic! Located in a great location next to beech mountain resort.. you can walk to beech mountain brewery, poppy’s coffee shop and a new bar/ restaurant right next door..
The condo was extremely clean. The showers had awesome water pressure, the owners labeled all the cabinets and everything which was extremely helpful, overall we had a great experience..
We would definitely stay here again when we return..
Thank you for the hospitality

Hi Jason, we are so happy to hear you enjoyed so many aspects of our condo! I wasn't sure how the labeling of cabinets would be perceived, but so far everyone seems to enjoy it. Please come back in the future!

Great family ski spot
Our family of five loved staying here while skiing at Beech Mountain. The location is great and the space was wonderful. Everything is labeled and instructions for use and check-out are clearly spelled out. Also, we found the unit very clean and all supplies like soap, shampoo, detergent, etc were well-stocked - so appreciated when you don't feel like driving down the mountain to get something you forgot! We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends. Thanks Valerie and Josh!

Perfect stay
Wonderful stay. Spacious, comfortable, well equipped in a perfect location. Great communication prior to stay, even providing contacts if needed during our stay. Heaters work well. Good water pressure. Plenty of room. Small bags were helpful for getting gear up spiral stair case. Does involve 2 flights of stairs to access unit.

From the owner: "Thank you for your thoughtful review! We have tried to cover the basics that would be needed for a stay and then some."
My son had never really seen the changing colors of the leaves in fall. For his 16th birthday we went to Beach Mountain, Grandfather Mountain and had an amazing time. Memories that are going to last his whole lifetime

Excellent stay!!
My family and I throughly enjoy our stay here at Cozy Condo! The pictures does this place no justice, super nice home! The place was super cozy and gave the cabin feel with modern updates. I loved the location in which we were in. We were about 20/30 mins from grocery stores and activity areas but that was okay. The burger spot right next to the resort was super tasty. I was glad that the visit handbook given to us by the owners included that. Communication was great and we look forward to visiting again. Coffee already there was also a plus! We enjoyed the hot fresh cups of coffee every morning
Hard to get closer to BMR, as this is next to the entrance. 3 Bedroom/2.5 bath would easily sleep 8. Electric wall heaters work great. Well stocked, labeled kitchen. Had all amenities we needed. It was almost like staying in someone’s home. We even rented skis from one of the shops downstairs. Only downsides: 2 flights of stairs to access unit and spiral stairs require smaller bags. We knew these in advance and weren’t a problem. Communication was the best I’ve had, well in advance of stay and very detailed. I appreciated that.

Wonderful choice!
As all other reviewers stated, the condo was well stocked and we didn’t have to bring trivial things. The host was very responsive. We had a range of guests from 3 years old to 67, and no one had an issue with staircase. There is an overlook from second floor which could be dangerous for a smaller toddler before they understand safety. There was a noise machine in master bedroom which I wish we would have discovered earlier because the hallway was super noisy all hours of day and night. We would certainly stay here again because of proximity to the ski resort and shops!

From the owner: "Thank you for your review. It is always a pain when you have to bring/buy those trivial items that you need but only a small amount. The condominium board actually just had the balcony cutouts replaced and placed closer together so that a small child would not be able to fit their head through the slots. I am glad you eventually found the noise machine and used it, the hallway can be noisy when the building is full. We try our best to answer all questions as timely as we can and give realistic expectations of what can be expected."

Cozy Condo Near Beech Mountain Ski Resort
This condo was perfect for our family of 7 while visiting Beech Mountain for skiing. The layout of the condo was nice and it was furnished with everything we needed and more. The condo was clean!! The building itself is older but the interior of this unit was updated.
The location of the building was next to the snow tubing area. It was close enough for those of us not skiing to drop off the skiers at the entrance to the resort so that they didn’t have to deal with parking or walking through the parking lot. All in all, our family enjoyed our stay.
On a side note, ski patrol at Beech Mountain is very helpful when someone gets injured. The stairs at the condo (no elevator in the building) however are a challenge when you have an injured knee.

From the owner: "Thank you for your thoughtful review! We have tired to update our unit as best we could, but do agree the building itself is older. We have been pushing for updates but it being a condominium association that is out of our hands."
This was such a lovely surprise. The pictures don’t do it justice. We have stayed at many rental properties and it was so nice to have it truly fully stocked. Not having to bring all the extras (trash bags, TP, hand soap, dish soap, cleaning supplies, even shampoo and conditioner were supplied in the shower!)was such a treat. The spiral staircase was a thrill for our boys. For practical purposes, it was a bit hard to get luggage up and down but we pack duffles for each boy so it was no big deal. Teamwork got bags up and down with little fuss. I was worried about only having wall heaters but they kept the place plenty warm with no problem. Thank you so much for sharing your vacation home with us.

From the owners: "Thank you for leaving us such a wonderful review. We really do try to eliminate all the small extras that some rental places require you to bring and you only end up using such a small amount. The spiral staircase can be challenging but glad you figured out how to get luggage up and down with teamwork. And children seem to love going up and down them! Please keep us in mind for any future visits to the area."

Perfect ski getaway
This was the perfect place for our family. Convenient to skiing and comfortable and clean.
The property was great and it was a short (2-3 minute) drive from the condo to the resort parking lot. Also, close to restaurants and other attractions. We would definitely rebook this property.
Property was well maintained and had everything needed. Clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice owners but too many cons
Pros: very nice owners, convenient location and everything in condo was labeled.
Cons: very old building; the beds were rock hard and extremely uncomfortable; the individual heating units were old and potential fire hazards; the spiral staircase was so narrow and dangerous, we had to climb down backwards; the bed sheets were stained on one bed and there were flies in the room; we had to strip all the beds, start the laundry, and take out the trash as part of the checkout process...which was a bit much to ask of guests.

Hi Khrystin, thank you for your review. We wanted to pass along the following feedback from the homeowners: "We are glad you enjoyed your stay for the most part, but are sorry to hear these concerns detracted from your experience.
-The building is from the 70s and is older, but we have done a lot to update our unit.
-As for the beds, we wish we could make everyone happy, but we understand that mattress taste is subjective. The beds are good quality and have memory foam toppers. The foam does firm up when it gets cold.
-As for the heating, we aren't able to put in central heat due to the age of the building, but the provided heaters are safe and effective.
-The flies can come indoors during the winter. We are on a regular rotation with pest control to address this, and we will get them to come by to see what else needs to be done.
-The spiral staircase is narrow, and many of our guests find it charming, and kids always seem to love it. It is safe and secure.
-The checkout process is standard for the rental industry, and we are sorry that this caught you off-guard. We only ask our guests to start the first load of laundry when renters are checking in that afternoon.
Thank you for your feedback and your stay!"
A little hard to figure out that you have to go upstairs and park around back to find unit but other than that everything was on point! Everything was as on ad and it was very clean.

From the owner: "Thank you for your review. I am sorry the parking was a little hard to figure out. It is true the easiest place to park is in the back lot, however, since that is not actually owned by the condo and is owned by the resort, we have been asked to not park there - just wanted to mention for future guests!"
Overall great unit. Very comfortable for the 8 of us. Only downside is it is difficult to find address as the Beech Towers sign is very small and at the end of the parking lot.
The building is a bit dated but the unit itself is beautiful. The owners we’re great communicating everything and quickly answered any questions we had. The property is at the base of Beech Mountain so there is a ton of fun outdoor activities within a few minutes walk/drive. We’d definitely rent this unit again.
