Sanibel Holiday requires an applied deposit of 20% of the base rent rate plus all rent taxes plus the non-refundable $50 reservation fee which totals $55.75 with the required Florida taxes. This totaled amount will be charged by Sanibel Holiday to the credit card provided. Your final payment amount is collected by SH and will be reduced by this charged amount. Sanibel Shores has a beautiful tropical backyard with well landscaped grounds and mature tropical plants and trees. Behind the cottage is the Sanibel River where you can relax with a book or have your coffee in the morning sun.
The cottage has everything you need including beach chairs and beach wagon, gas grill, full kitchen, 2 Smart TV's, Wi-Fi and newly added washer/dryer in the unit.
The beach is just 5 minutes by bike! Enjoy long walks collecting shells and take in the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets.
All public beach accesses are open. There are approximately 25 restaurants now open, as well as a few shops including Jerry’s Grocery. Please be aware that our island is still going through recovery. Island homes and businesses are making repairs so expect noise, trucks & equipment along the streets.
