Entire home, perfect for your stay in Miami. Located in a quiet and secure neighborhood, it has vaulted ceilings let the sunshine in and give the house a nice cozy feeling. It is nicely furnished and the kitchen fully equipped including small table with 4 chairs and two bar stools. It has a large master bedroom w/king size bed, en suite bath with shower stall and bath tub. The second bedroom has bunk beds plus a twin bed, the third bedroom has a twin bed. It has a large family room and dining room plus an area with a desk. The home is very inviting and includes barbecue with sitting area in the backyard . There are many toys, movies and ping pong table for children.

Great place

Martha’s house is a quiet, clean and spacious place. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The whole place made us feel at ease. Check-in was quick and easy as Martha provided a wonderful instruction. The house was equipped with everything we needed. It's definitely a great place to stay!

Wonderful vacation area

Our family really enjoyed this rental property. The place is nice and clean . Neighborhood is very peace and quiet. The house have everything you needed . This area is very good. The owner was very helpful. I would definitely rent out this place again.

Another great stay!

This is the second time my family and I have stayed in Martha’s home and it did not disappoint! Great communication. The house was spotless with plenty of linens for my family of 6. Martha even had cookies delivered during our stay for my girls. Martha and her home are top notch! We cannot wait to book our next stay here.

Great place for family

I stayed for a week with 4 little kids and my mom. My kids adored the toys and games. The house was even more spacious than it looked from pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with staples and equipment. Beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the grassy backyard too. Excellent communication with owner.

Space for family.

It was nice to have space for us to spread out in. It’s about 30 minutes to an hour from the Everglades / Miami / key largo. Not enough dishes/ cooking pots and pans, so they left paper plates for us to use. Communication was good. For the amount we paid, it was a solid place.

Wonderful!

My family loved our stay at this rental property. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable for my family of 6. The amenities are endless. My kids range in age from 4 to 12 years old and loved the toys. From the ping pong table for my older kids to the toys and dvds for the younger kiddos, this was my kids favorite amenity. Martha was an amazing host. She was very responsive to any questions that came up. We will definitely be back!

Family at the National Parks

Check in was a little problematic bc VRBO was doing updates and we couldn’t access the sign in code. The owner was in touch with us about 30 mins after we arrived and we were online with Vrbo. The house was good for 4 people. Plenty of bathrooms abs extra linens. Access to videos and TV was a little difficult as the DVD player didn’t work well. There was Netflix and Amazon. The location was easy to both Everglades and Biscayne. As well as to Publix and other community amenities.

Great stay!

We stayed at Martha’s house for a month while our home was being renovated. The house was clean and comfortable. Martha was easy to communicate with and responded promptly to any inquiries. The house is well equipped with kitchen items, a bbq, toys for kids, and a new washer and dryer. The beds were very comfortable and we had everyone we needed. Large home in safe neighborhood.

Martha was very accommodating. The home is very spacious (about 1900sq ft). The home comes equipped with everything you could possibly need. Things that you don’t think you need until you don’t have them. The most I’ve ever seen supplied by a host. Even condiments, tea, coffee, food, toiletries, office supplies. You will need to bring only your clothes. Theres tons of entertainment items ie: toys, ping pong, air hockey, stroller, car seats, board games etc. nice covered patio in a pretty fenced back yard. The home is located in a very safe, quite neighborhood of equally nice homes. Easy check in process, ample parking, spacious rooms which we enjoyed, designated formal dining. Location is great too...close to all major shopping.

Great home in quiet neighborhood

Our family of 6 stayed at this home in a great neighborhood for a quick getaway to Miami. The ping pong and air hockey tables were a big hit with our family. Overall a great home and we definitely would stay again.

Nice Property, but Their Were Two Issues

Our overall rating is a 4, but their were two issues we think prospective renters should consider prior to rental. The house only had one operable window, the sliding glass door in the family room area. This restricted us from allowing fresh air in during the morning and overnight. The neighbor had a swimming pool and it's filtering equipment ran everyday from about 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., and it was extremely noisy. No problem if your not there during that time period. As we said, we liked the property, but you should take these two issues into account if you are considering renting this property.

I have never ever had a complaint about noise, the house is very quiet. Miami has very warm weather most of year and the windows are usually closed and the air conditioning is usually on. The house has other windows you could have opened. I'm sorry you had a cold spell while in Miami .
