Located in a convenient area that is a 2-minute walk from the Takaoka Subway Station and a 10-minute walk from Sakae. The neighborhood is home to many stylish restaurants and bars.
There is a convenience store 1 minute away on foot, and there are 24-hour supermarkets (Don Quixote, Aeon) and a large drug store within walking distance. A convenient house for a quiet and long-term stay.
The space can accommodate a maximum of 9 people.
There are 2 Japanese-style rooms that sleep 3 people each.

This place is amazing. The location is great with the subway stop and restaurants/pubs just steps away. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry facilities, and two toilets were very much appreciated!!mucappreciated.

Great home, great location
We really enjoyed our stay here. Koji and his wife were excellent hosts. He met us at the subway station and walked us to the house. We enjoyed the authentic Japanese experience by staying in a home of this type. It is close to the subway station and downtown Nagoya (Central Park). Would definetly stay again.

Nagoya’s Modern and Traditional in one house!
Koji’s place is as Traditionally authentic as you can get in Nagoya. Its a heritage house with modern facilities. Close to a subway station and less than a 10 minute walk to Hasayadori park (Nagoya Tv Tower) and commercial district. You would be crazy not to choose this place if you want an authentic japanese experience! Koji was the most hospitable host, and i wouldnt have any second thoughts staying at his place again!

這次是3個大人和1個小朋友一起自駕到名古屋玩, 一到民宿就很有日本在地的感覺, 房東的Koji社長非常的細心, 在去之前還一一確認看每個房間要怎麼鋪床.
這次是3個大人和1個小朋友一起自駕到名古屋玩, 一到民宿就很有日本在地的感覺, 房東的Koji社長非常的細心, 在去之前還一一確認看每個房間要怎麼鋪床. 還有我和小朋友睡的床還特別幫想到要準備雙人床墊和棉被, 剛好進入冬天, 除了暖氣之外還有瓦斯暖爐, 客廳的地板也有加熱毯, 每次冬天到日本很怕暖氣很悶 過乾燥, 這裡溫度和通風剛剛好很舒服, Manager的Yuka san會講中文, 一到也跟我們用中文仔細地介紹每個電器如何使用, 客廳還放了兩台行動電話可以攜出使用, 如果有任何問題可以隨時請教, 也可以打國際電話和上網.....此行非常開心, 下次來名古屋還會來使用喔!
