Welcome to our spacious 3,000 sq. ft. cottage-style home, where charm and convenience come together just minutes from downtown Raleigh! With 10-foot ceilings and intricate molding, this home brims with character and provides a relaxing escape close to everything the city has to offer.

Outdoors, unwind in the private wooded living space, complete with a wood-burning fire pit—perfect for cozy evenings. For those who love the outdoors, we have a newly installed bike path in front of our home and just two blocks from the 'House Creek' trail access point on the Raleigh Greenway Trail system. The new multi-use path is right at our front door, offering easy bike and pedestrian access.

The location is unbeatable! We’re close to all the essentials:

1 mile to Crabtree Valley Mall for shopping and dining
1 mile to shopping center, Food Lion/Starbucks/Chick-fil-a
2 miles to the NCSU and Meredith College campuses
3 miles to Carter-Finley Stadium for game days

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please turn thermostats to 67 in the winter months and 74 degrees in the summer
Early check-in and late check-out is allowed but may incur a $75 fee at our discretion. If our cleaning schedule requires adjustment to accommodate the change a charge will be imposed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
An additional $150.00 fee for events / parties held on the premises with owner prior approval
We reserve the right to charge a $75.00 processing fee to changes to reservations. If nights are added to a reservation there is NO processing fee
Cancellations outside the 'Firm' policy will be considered for a refund. Cancellation outside policy is subject to a $79.00 processing fee.

My wife and I have managed our own personal rental properties for the past fifteen years and understand the importnance of a well maintained property. We are trying our hand at the short term lodging market.

Why they chose this property

My wife and I fell in love with this property because of its architectural detail, floor plan, and proximity to city trails. Best of all, our location is just 2 blocks from the Greenway Trail. Our family loves exploring the trail network in Raleigh as well as the walkability of the surrounding neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

Very private setting with a great back porch, deck and patio. The setting feels like you are tucked in a mature forest. The two story wall of windows in the family room allows a great indoor view of the trees. The backyard is very secluded, quiet, and private.
