Great location and great view but not recommended

My reservation, booked several months in advance, was changed at the owner’s convenience three times before my arrival. Each time I was assured that I was being moved into the nicest unit with the best furnishings. I arrived to an apartment with major plumbing problems, which he knew of prior to my arrival. The shower didn’t drain and the toilet leaked water onto the floor constantly. After complaining incessantly about the dirty toilet water and a few half-hearted attempts to repair, I was moved into another apartment for a few days while more extensive repairs were to be done. However, when I returned to the apartment the same plumbing problems occurred – even though I was assured the repairs were tested and all was well. Additionally, the electricity went out one day in the afternoon and he failed to respond to my whatsapp message until the following day. Luckily, the housekeepers were able to fix the problem with the help of the building maintenance. Finally, the water was turned off for non-payment of bill and I had no water for the last several days of my stay. I was forced to use a public shower on the beach. He provided bottled water after many complaints but complained about the cost of using this water for dishes and flushing the toilet Because of these issues, I would not recommend this host or this apartment. Not to mention, the mismatched, low quality kitchen pots and pans. Or the plastic coverings on the pillows. Or the lack of a shower curtain due to the rusted and bent shower curtail rod. This was a completely frustrating experience. There are many apartments on Ponta Negra beach with similar views and furnishings which costs much less. I encourage you to research other options and avoid this place. The 4.7 rating based on 60 reviews is misleading because these were hosted by a previous owner or management. They do not reflect the condition under the new owner.

Apartamento bom.

Apartamento de bom tamanho, simples porém confortável. Tem três quartos mas não aconselho grupos grandes, utilizar no máximo dois quartos (o terceiro tem que passar por dentro dele pra ter acesso ao banheiro, não tem privacidade). O acesso à praia está em péssimas condições, criança e idoso só desce se for carregado. A gente tem que pisar numas pedras soltas, muito inseguro. Se for em alta temporada nem pense em ir de carro. Falta vaga pra estacionar na rua o tempo todo.

Imóvel muito bem localizado e ótimo atendimento por parte do locatário

Apartamento dispõe de todas as comodidades, bem localizado, com uma linda vista para o mar. Além de um ótimo atendimento prestado pelo locatário e seus funcionários muito atenciosos. Certamente em nossa próxima ida para natal ficaremos no Coco Bach novamente.

MÓVEIS E IMÓVEL MUITO VELHOS E COM MUITA UMIDADE E MOFO EM UM DOS BANHEIROS E NO QUARTO PRÓXIMO

O imóvel é muito velho, sendo um dos banheiros (que não aparece nas fotos) extremamente pequeno, sem box (só com uma cortina velha de plástico), sem janela e fedendo a mofo (insalubre de ser usado, principalmente para quem tem rinite ou sinusite). O mofo e a umidade desse banheiro são tão intensos que contaminam até o quarto próximo a ele (que também não tem janela). Para acessar tanto o citado banheiro quanto o quarto mais próximo a ele é necessário passar por dentro do outro quarto (eliminando qualquer privacidade de ambos os quartos). Até há uma passagem pelos fundos dando acesso ao famigerado banheiro e ao quarto mais próximo, mas ela é tão estreita e úmida quanto o "banheiro do mofo". Pra piorar, há um bar no térreo do prédio (Old Five). Quando em funcionamento, a cozinha dele exala um cheiro insuportável de gordura que invade a sacada e inviabiliza sua utilização (a menos que você fique com o nariz tapado e não se importe de ficar fedendo a gordura). Os colchões são velhos, sujos e igualmente com mofo. Os únicos pontos positivos são o bom atendimento dos funcionários, a localização (ao lado do morro do careca) e a vista pro mar de Ponta Negra.

FÉRIAS MARAVILHOSAS

Eu e minha família passamos dias inesquecíveis em Natal, ficamos hospedados no COCO BEACH no apartamento de Sr. Paolo que nos recebeu com muita gentileza e foi muito atencioso durante toda a hospedagem. O apartamento é espaçoso e tem uma vista maravilhosa para o mar, fica praticamente na areia da praia. Excelente opção para quem viaja com criança. Obrigada Sr. Paolo e em breve pretendo voltar!!!!

Nos gustó mucho

Esta junto al mar. Muy tranquilo. Cerca de casas de comida preparada. Se puede salir por la parte superior del establecimiento, por las calles hacia la ciudad o por la playa caminando 100 mts. Hacia un pequeño centro comercial sobre la Rambla que da a la playa. El agua cálida y con ondas muy suaves ideal para nadar

EXCELENTE ubicacion, el anuncio describe el depto.

La descripcion responde a la realidad. Para destacar la atencion de Evandro quien resuelve de la mejor manera las necesidades del viajero. Unico detalle, el 2do. Baño muy chico. El bar abajo del depto y la cercania del paseo de compras hacen de esta una muy buena eleccion

Melhor Impossivel

Não tem nem como descrever como foi nossa estadia, os apto são confortáveis, espaçosos, moveis conservados, numa boa localização da praia proximo a bares e restaurantes, a atenção do Sr Paolo para a reserva e Sr Evandro (Caseiro) é 10, sempre pronto para nos atender e auxiliar no que for possivel, recomendo a todos, e espero ansioso uma possível volta.

Lugar agradável com uma ótima vista

Passei 8 dias com minha família em Natal/RN e ficamos no Cocobeach, no apto 3A. O Flat é um verdadeiro pé na praia, é só descer as escadas e se chega à Praia da Ponta Negra, bem pertinho do Morro do Careca. O lugar é limpo, arejado, espaçoso. A vista é linda. O custo x benefício é outro fator positivo.
