Studio apartment located centrally by the airport. Private studio has all your needs: private entrance, small kitchenette with cooking items, small refrigerador, oven toaster, mini plug in stove top located inside of one of the drawers, independent cooling/heating system, keyless system, private bathroom, king bed, futon.

The studio has one king bed and a futon that can be use as a second bed.

Since this a converted garage to studio, it is still connected to the main home through the shared laundry room, but there are 2 doors that separate the studio from the main home. Guest are also walcome to use the laundry room.

Five minutes from the airport (2 miles), 5 minutes from Cielo Vista mall, the fountains, Costco, Walmart and major freeways. Only 15 minutes from the Free bridge going to Mexico (9 miles).

Security cameras are placed OUTSIDE the house only.

The space is a converted 2 car garage area and there is room to relax and roam. We are also right across the street from a golf course. So if you like golf, bring your clubs.

Please no smokers. Due to health issues, we dont want smokers who smoke off property.

We use Amazon Fire stick for tv purposes.

We placed a 3-5 check in as a range because sometimes we have to work and check in would be around 430. If we had no guest, or was able to clean the room earlier, we wouldn t mind having you in at 12 or earlier! Let’s communicate and we ll see how we can help you. Pool is shared but is a cost of 25/day.
