my husband and i finished this villa on november 2018, is located in Anse Marcel in the French side, overlooking the beach.

the villa is located at 5 minutes from Orient Beach and Pinel island. The house is 220 volts but now everybody has usb port so the house is equipped with usb plugs.

She is spacious and modern with her private swimming pool and heated for winter time. This villa has a single master bedroom, ideal for a romantic getaway with all the amenities needed to relax and enjoy your holidays in a small paradise. This villa is ideal and made for renewal vow wedding or romantic escape , honey moon.
You will be on a private property overlooking the sea with all convenience.
one suggestion rent a 4 wheel drive car for the island and for anse marcel.

You have a nice living room with 3 large windows with mosquito screen in case you need and rolling shutters.
One huge sofa with a 82 inch TV with Sonos system. You have also a relaxing side with 2 arm beach chairs always facing the ocean., and 4 in the fruit garden
There is a pacman machine for fun
The open kitchen is fully equipped and great to share time with your dear ones, enjoy cocktails with a nice bar with 5 stoolschairs andalso i know i already said it but it is true, facing the ocean.
Outside you have a cover patio for dinning with a possibility of 8 seats.

This special place is located in Anse Marcel, a beautiful area and always facing the ocean and the swimming pool.
You can relax by the pool on the sun beach chairs or sit on the comfortable outside sejour sofa to read a book or in the floating beds.
The master bedroom facing the ocean, she has a king size bed,with a dressing for him and for her not forgetting the bathroom with her Italian shower.
a nice garden with fruit trees:
mango, avocado, guava, corrossol and passion fruits depending on the season.
She has also a huge window with mosquito screen rolling shutters and curtains. You have also a laundry room with washing machine and a dryer, iron and ironing board.
Down the hill you have restaurants ,bars grocery shop and brand new 1O boutiques to make some shopping and this only walking distance.

VERY NICE

My wife and I loved Victoria's property. It was a little slice of heaven. Small and cozy for just 2 people, but everything was first class. Beautiful view of the ocean and another island to the north. Small private pool was intimate and gorgeous. We had a wonderful time. It was so relaxing.

Another Wonderful Stay

We can think of no additional superlatives after our 3rd stay in this wonderful residence. Our vacations here have all been special because of Stephanie and her hospitality. We always hate to leave and on the plane home we were already dreaming of our next visit.

Serenity

Amazing property. 4.8/5.0 Stars. The four sliding glass patio doors open fully to allow the tropical breezes to flow freely throughout the interior of this well-appointed property. This allows unimpeded views of Anse Marcel beach and bay as well as the distant vista of Anguilla. Our days were spent relaxing poolside in the morning and afternoon and beachcombing and exploring by day. Grand Case is an easy 15-minute drive for exceptional dining experiences if you choose not to use the well-appointed kitchen and outdoor cooking options to complete your own meal prep. The property is essentially gated as access to the residence is through a secure gate and is also located at what is for all practical purposes the end of the road. During the entire week of our stay, I don't recall encountering one vehicle on the direct access to the property. I would definitely reserve this property again and highly recommend if you are interested in seeking Serenity on your next vacation. Enjoy!

Wonderful place

Perfect setting. The villa has a great design, and for two people it is great. The pool added a lot to the stay. The nearby hiking was fantastic and, of course, there is the sea and beach.

Amazing!

Thank you Stephanie for everything during our 10 day stay at this amazing house. The pictures do not do this house justice. Privacy, beautiful view, heated pool, and everything in the kitchen you would ever need. It was so hard to leave and come home. We will definitely be back.

Heaven!

ThiMaJaSte is THE perfect villa for a couple in Anse Marcel! We had an absolutely wonderful 10-day stay and couldn't have been happier! The property is exactly as listed and the photos are excellent, but it's even better in person. The view is breathtaking from everywhere, especially the pool, and it's the perfect peaceful, romantic haven. Stéphanie is fabulous and very prompt with WhatsApp messaging. We loved our vacation and are very much looking forward to the next time!! Thank you!!!

Perfection

We had such a perfect week at Thi Majaste. The home is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable for a couple. The view of the inlet and the ocean is breathtaking and visible from every room. The pool and outdoor areas are amazing as well. We spent many afternoons in the pool enjoying the gorgeous views. Such a relaxing week. Couldn’t ask for more. Of all the Caribbean islands we have visited, we like St Martin the best. Stephanie was a perfect host and we definitely plan to return. You cant go wrong with this property. It’s perfection!

Peaceful retreat

This property is exactly as listed. Beautiful property with amazing views. The quiet peacefulness washes over you almost instantly. The Sonos system was a great touch. The bed was very comfortable. We would highly recommend this property and Stephanie was quick to answer questions and help out if needed. We stayed here for eight nights and hope to be back soon. Romantic relaxation

This was our 2nd stay at this property, and we booked our 3rd before we left. As far as we're concerned it's very close to perfect. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces are very spacious and comfortable. The views are amazing from every room, even the shower! There is complete privacy on the pool deck, and a very nice Sonos sound system throughout the entire property. Floating in the pool,listening to music, and enjoying the view is as relaxing as it can get 😎!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa in Anse Marcel. It was just as pictured. Beautiful views, heated pool, kitchen was well stocked, quiet neighborhood, check in was easy, and Stephanie was quick to respond to any inquiries we had! The location is perfect nestled up on the hillside. The villa faces north overlooking the bay. It is about a 10 minute walk to town where you will find a convenience store, a few shops, restaurants, and the beach. There is also a few hiking trails within walking distance from the house! If you are looking for a place to relax, this is it!

Paradise

The villa exceeded our expectations and was our favorite thing about St. Martin. The view was amazing, the bed was comfortable, the Anse Marcel location was pleasant, and the pool was a welcome bonus. We suggest that Stephanie provide a pair of binoculars so guests can better appreciate the surroundings. Guests should be aware that the Anse Marcel roads narrow and steep and that they should bring bottled water with them to the villa.

Perfect villa

The.villa was clean, very spacious, and the view is amazing. The layout is perfect so that anywhere you are, you have that view-even in the shower which was so nice! We loved having the option to sit in the sun or shade by the pool as well as a large covered area with seating for relaxing (the the sound system was excellent for that also!). The location was great for us to walk down to the beach area (we rented beach chairs and ordered lunch) but also a short drive to Orient beach and others. Stephanie was very responsive to our questions before we arrived as well as throughout the trip. We used the chef she recommended and would definitely do that again. We had Laura one night and Quentin the other night and both provided great food and such a nice experience! If you’re looking for a relaxing and beautiful place to stay I would highly recommend Stephanie’s villa. She also has two condos next door that you could rent if you have friends or family you want to include. There’s plenty of room at the villa to gather and everyone has their own place for privacy. We plan to do that when we return!

Amazing!

This was by far the coolest place we’ve ever stayed! The view was amazing, and the villa had everything we could hope for to make our vacation incredible. The outdoor space and pool was where we spent most of our time and we loved going out for the day and then getting home to happy hour here! Private Paradise

We had the pleasure of spending our honeymoon at this beautiful villa. Stephanie was the perfect host. She communicated everything perfectly and was there if we needed anything but gave us our privacy. It was nice knowing she was just a text or phone call away if we needed anything. The villa is spotless and is full of all the amenities we needed. The heated pool overlooking the Anse Marcel bay/ marina was amazing. Breathtaking views! Best rental ever!

We just got back from 8 nights in paradise. Stephanie was a great host, she was always available to answer our questions about the house, and its systems. This house is the perfect place for a relaxing, romantic getaway. It was immaculately clean, and very well furnished. All the rooms are large and bright and have amazing views. The outdoor living space is huge, and well designed. Plenty of shade or sun, for whatever mood you’re in. The sound system and tv are both top notch as well. The pool is great, big enough for 2 people to lounge on floats without feeling remotely crowded. It’s easy to see that a considerable amount of thought, and $$,went into designing and building this property. Well done!!
