This modern comfortable 3 bedroom house is well suited to a relaxing coastal holiday or friends get- together. Back yard and room for a boat makes this an ideal spot for all the family.

Bedroom 2 - Downstairs- King singles x 2, wardrobe and bedside table.

Bathroom: Two-way bathroom, with shower and toilet downstairs.
Ensuite: includes shower, vanity unit and toilet off main bedroom.
Upstairs sitting room: 3 seater and 2 seater lounge, TV and DVD player.
Downstairs: 3 seater lounge plus 2 chairs, TV and DVD player. X-box.
Kitchen: Dishwasher, upright electric stove with 4 hotplates, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer.
