Very cozy, bright, equipped, modern and super well located. Located in the north center of Quito. Historical Center and La Mariscal (Plaza Foch) a few minutes from it. Diagonal to FLACSO, 3 blocks from La Carolina Park and El Jardín Mall. Close to the financial and entertainment area, so you find hotels, banks, restaurants, bars among others nearby, but in a street without the characteristic noise. Public transport fluid (Ecovía) and BiciQ a few meters. I am ready to receive you.

It is a totally independent department (you will not share it with anyone else). It has 1 room with Smart TV (Netflix and Youtube free), 1 iron, full bathroom, large spaces to store clothes. Living room with 1 sofa bed and American style kitchen, refrigerator, microwave oven, complete crockery, kitchen utensils. 1 ample parking. If you need more space, do not hesitate to tell me, I have a cellar and I will lend it to you with the greatest of tastes. Located on the second floor with a nice view. The terrace is huge, and with a privileged view of the city and the volcanoes. The building is modern, security guaranteed, additional CCTV and magnetic access.
