Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay. We would like to invite you to contact us directly. The property was never advertised with air-conditioning and all amenities and inclusions are clearly listed in the advert. Our previous reviews have been extremely positive and we do need more detail to understand why you feel this negative review was warranted.
