Charming modern-style open space, just refurbished, very close to the pedestrian area of the historic center and to all the city s sights. Comfortable, clean and in a quiet area.
You will sleep very well. I want my guests to feel at home!

It’s just a 5-minute walk from the center and 2 minutes from Como Borghi Station.
The apartment is on the first floor of an elegant building with an elevator, shared garden and concierge service.
You will find a modern kitchen, equipped with a microwave oven, a coffee machine and a toaster.
The property has a sofa bed and a double bed, a flat screen TV and spacious and bright bathroom with a shower.
There are large covered balcony with comfortable lounge chairs where you can relax anytime you want.

A beautifully located property, very close to the old town. Excellent modern facilities which made our final stay in an extended holiday in southern Europe most enjoyable. We were able to self cater on many occasions given the well equipped kitchen. Many thanks to our host - highly recommended.

Como In October 2022

Clean apartment in good location, very secure. I was sent the wrong check in process and finally reached someone by phone after arriving at property. After using other rentals on this trip, this one was disappointing. advertised A/C, but once arrived was told we could not use it after September 30th. Had to leave windows open at night which let both street noise and mosquitos in. Had over 13 mosquito bites. There was no soap in the bathroom and only 1.5 rolls of toilet paper for our 4 night stay. At checkout we had to pay an additional 16 euro charge that was not advertised or included in the rate. (only rental on this trip that had any additional charges). Never saw the owner or property manager. Very impersonal experience.

This is an apartment that has belonged to my family for a long time. I thought it was perfect for tourists because it is in the center. I like the idea of hosting tourists in a welcoming place, as I travel a lot.
