Enter the condo on ground level and walk up a flight of stairs to find an open floor plan and a complete remodel. All the beautiful designer touches makes this condo really stand out. Open kitchen where meals and memories are made features a farmhouse sink, wine fridge, coffee maker and lots of counter space for those nights you want to stay in and cook and watch a movie. The cozy living room has a couch and 2 chairs along with a custom gas fireplace and a flat screen TV with cable. Step outside onto the balcony just off the living room that has a outdoor sectional seating to drink your morning coffee or relax & unwind and enjoy some Patio time!



Sometimes we need a good night sleep to feel refreshed and recharged so you will no doubt love the Master bedroom that features a King size bed, flat screen TV, walk in closet and private master bathroom that boasts a beautiful walk in shower and double sinks. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and flat screen TV. Guest bathroom has tub/shower combo and single sink.



Access to the community amenities are spectacular and include a heated outdoor pool, chaise lounges, a hot tub, outdoor shower, drinking fountain, gas BBQ grills, covered and uncovered dining tables and a fitness room! Next to the fitness room are restrooms and drinking fountain What more could you ask for. This condo has everything you need so come stay, play, shop and dine.
