Residential only three blocks from the beach.
House with 2 suites with air conditioning + fans, plus a downstairs bathroom (shower stall), dining and living room integrated with air conditioning, TV (SKY subscription with Broadband) and DVD, kitchen equipped with household items, refrigerator , stove and microwave. Gourmet area (retractable roof) with fan, barbecue, snack and grill plate, two hammocks, two new Caloi adult bikes, five beach chairs and a parasol. Large pool with unique design (the largest of Bertioga Villagios), playground for children to play bicycles, rollerblades, etc. Great location; 400 meters from the beach and SESC Bertioga, close to supermarkets, pharmacies and bakeries. More to the city center we have; restaurants, handicraft fair, Casa da Cultura (intimate shows), events area by the sea (big shows and exhibitions), fish warehouse, all linked by the Orla de Bertioga bike path.

Férias Maravilhosas!!!

Tivemos uma semana maravilhosa!! O Clóvis é um anfitrião de primeira, super atencioso, prestativo e se dispõe a qualquer hora para te ajudar no que você precisar. Se manteve em contato desde o fechamento da locação, passa em vídeos todos os detalhes da casa e como funciona alguns pontos, passa várias dicas de passeios e de onde comer bem... enfim, maravilhosa recepção!! Ahhhhhh, e ainda fomos recepcionados com chocolates, vinho e bilhete!!! É muito carinho!!! A casa é totalmente equipada com tudo que precisamos para cozinhar, fazer churrasco ( a área gourmet é muito boa), dormir bem, não passar calor, muitos e muitos canais de tv, limpeza impecável, máquina de lavar, perto da praia. A decoração pensada com muito carinho e artes feitas pela proprietária Ivani te fazem se sentir “em casa”. O condomínio é muito bom, uma piscina enorme e maravilhosa!! O zelador Eliziel também super gente boa e te ajuda quando precisar!! Bairro bem estruturado e com tudo que você precisa perto (farmácia, mercado, padaria, sorveteria, lojas). Com certeza voltarei!!!!!

Adoramos a casa do Sr Clóvis: ambiente agradável, aconchegante, tudo limpinho e de acordo com as informações no anúncio! Excelente casa dentro de um condomínio onde todos zelam pelo conforto e respeito ao próximo, excelente casa muito bonita, confortável, aconchegante, todo mobiliada com tudo que você precisa e mais para ter uma agradável estadia. Uma excelente área gourmet no fundo da casa coberta com telhado retrátil, churrasqueira, chapa e todos os utensílios necessários tudo muito bem cuidado e preservado. Eu e minha família ficamos muito satisfeitos e felizes com a estadia. Conhecemos a casa por recomendação de um amigo e com certeza também já recomendamos a outros parentes e amigo a casa pois vale muito a pena. Sobre o Sr. Clovis também tenho que agradecer a atenção que ele proporciona desde o primeiro contato com mensagens e vídeos tudo para facilitar sua estadia sua chegada a casa, muito prestativo, atencioso e simpático. Com certeza só temos pontos positivos a relatar ótima estadia. Espero em breve retornar para curtir outro fim de semana ou feriado.

Casa excelente, limpa, confortável.

Passamos o final de semana na casa e gostamos bastante. Tudo conforme o anuncio sem supresas. A casa tem de tudo é bem decorada, muito limpa, confortavel, perto da praia. O condomínio tem uma piscina muito boa. O proprietário foi muito prestativo e nos recebeu muito bem. Com certeza voltaremos pois gostamos muito.
