Renovated holiday home, sleeps two families includes large main bedroom with queen bed and a second double bedroom; two kids bedrooms each with bunks and a third single bed. Fifth bedroom is separate small bungalow at the back of the property with queen bed. Main feature is the large decking with outdoor lounge and BBQ - gets the sun all day. House has been renovated internally, with new kitchen and bathroom, lime polished floorboards and seagrass carpet in the bedrooms. Main bathroom has double vanity, toilet and shower/bath. There is a second separate shower, and second separate toilet as well as a fully functional laundry. Kitchen has big breakfast bench with barstools, big freestanding oven and cooktop, and large dining table which seats 10. Big lounge room with large TV, L shaped couch and gas heater and split system airconditioner. Second living area for kids with TV and DVD player.

The outdoor lounge is super comfortable with outdoor coffee and dining table with umbrella to seat 8. There is also an additional outdoor dining setting on the lawn area.Large yard for kicking the footy, backyard cricket and running around. The large decking runs the length of the lounge and dining rooms, with a hooded deluxe BBQ.

The house is removed from the road, and is really quiet, with the only noise really being the sound of the surf just a few hundred metres away. Only 50m at the end of the road are the walking tracks which meander along the back beach cliffs. A close walk to the local General Store for newspapers, magazines, food supplies WiFi and good coffee.
