Its a nice newly updated accommodation but BR3 was advertised as 4 bunkbeds and 2 singles. The 2 singles were simple thin mattresses stuffed under the bunk beds. These are not 'beds' or 'trundles'. The room was too small to even lay these 2 mattresses out. The parents of the kids on the bunk beds ended up having to sleep in the hall. This problem was compounded by the sewage alarm that kept going off several times overnight. This accommodation should not be advertised as a 10 sleeper but an 8 sleeper.
Had an awesome few nights in a lovely beach house. Had everything we needed and was very clean

Alex Scott & Staff seems very unorganised
The property itself is alright. The inside is spacious enough. The outside have too many trees that made it really dusty. Alex Scott & Staff team was not very responsive over email or phone calls. We had a family incident and was hoping to be able to call the agent to return the keys but no one picked up. no response. during the process of booking, no one answered my inbox only when i called. they took two payments and third one was meant to be automatic as well but didnt so i had no idea how to pay until 10 days before the arrival date.
