This stunning property is located in the heart of Phillip Island in Sunderland Bay. Only seconds away from the beach & minutes drive away from either Cowes, The Phillip Island GP track or San Remo. With 180 degree uninterrupted ocean views looking over Bass Straight, picture yourself & your loved ones enjoying watching the rolling waves coming in with the most picturesque sunsets. There is plenty of room to find a quiet corner with 2 separate living areas, 3 deck areas, out door dining area & a fully fenced yard to keep the children safe &/or the pet dog.
Upstairs comprises of the kitchen, butlers pantry, lounge, dining, Master Bedroom with en-suite, bedroom 2, powder room & toilet. Downstairs you will find the fully equipped laundry, bathroom with bath & shower, seperate toilet, rumpus room & bedrooms 3 & 4. From here you can access the back yard with a cubby house, climbing wall & slide for the kids. Around the side of the house you will find the hot outdoor shower for washing off the sand from those long beach days.
For those cooler nights (winter only), warm up by 1 of the 2 gas fire places for instant ambience. There is also 3 split systems located throughout the house.
