The Pilotage unit 1 is perfect for those seeking a quality holiday apartment with style, views and a great location. It is situated on level 1 of the Pilotage, a small block of luxury apartments and has level lift access. The unit is ideal for a romantic interlude, two couples holidaying together or a couple with two children or two friends.

The unit's location on the Lighthouse hill gives it views to the river, hinterland and the ocean. The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area have quality furnishings complemented by original paintings. The kitchen has Miele appliances and everything you need to cook up a gourmet dinner. Sliding doors lead to a large wrap around covered balcony with BBQ, outdoor dining for six and wicker lounges for relaxing drinks.

Start the evening with a glass of wine or beer and watch the stunning sunsets over the Yamba hinterland and Clarence River from the spacious balcony. If you're not into cooking , the unit is steps away from a cosmopolitan choice of eateries, bars and the famous Pacific Hotel. Main Beach which is patrolled is a two minute stroll from the apartment or you can walk down to the child friendly Whiting Beach or Turners Beach.

Great Location

Unit is in a great location close to numerous restaurants and Pacific Hotel. Very spacious in lounge and kitchen areas . Has Foxtel too and lock up garage

Wonderful relaxing stay

The apartment was wonderful. Clean, airy and modern. Kitchen was fully equipped and the bed and pillows really comfy. All appliances were modern and in excellent working order - very pleased. The view was amazing and sitting on the balcony either during the day or night was great. The location is great as it is in easy walking distance of restaurants, hotel and beaches, plus the beach pool which was great fun. The staff at Ray Whites were great to deal with and made the booking easy to finalize. Definitely recommend the Pilotage 1 for a great get away.
