This recently renovated 1-bedroom apartment comes fully-furnished and is equipped with gas central heating & AC, a washing machine and oven.
The property has plenty of natural light and the living room is furnished with two relax sofas,which could be used as a bed for a third person.
Also there is a cozy fire place for the cold days of the winter and at the same time there is a balcony and a big terrace to enjoy the sunny weather of the city.
If you visit Athens for vacation some of the most popular tourist areas of Athens, such as the Acropolis and Parthenon, are just a 15-minute walk away.
However if you are in the city for business this apartment is suitable for you too,because you can reach the syntagma square and the centre of athens with metro and buses in 10 minutes.
