The living areas flow brilliantly to the front deck which offers wonderful sea views and the north facing deck, a fabulous private area for soaking up the sun all year round.
Ample space for entertaining in the undercover alfresco area with a gas log fire place plus outdoor hot and cold shower to wash off the sand when you come home from the beach. (No access to double garage)
