Downstairs comprises of all the homes living spaces and a powder room, featuring 3 split systems to keep to your ideal temperature. The quiet upstairs area includes 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an ensuite. The luxurious 5 star master bedroom is generous in size, as is the long walk in wardrobe. The 2x King Single trundle beds are perfect for 4 children or 2 adults.

The spacious kitchen has high end Technika cooking appliances, Nespresso Pod Coffee machine, Miele dishwasher and excellent storage and bench space. It is truly at the heart of the living and dining area, ensuring that the family chef is able to be at the centre of family and entertaining whilst on holidays.

The orientation of the home is excellent, capturing the north sun into the main living area.

Apple TV which includes a gateway to Netflix and Stan. This house is the perfect holiday accommodation, simply waiting for you to arrive and enjoy all that Inverloch has to offer!

This property is located in a quiet permanent residential estate, therefore we ask that all guests are to be considerate in regards respecting the neighbour’s peace. Should we receive any noise or disruptive complaints, Inverloch Accommodation will be obligated to inspect the property.

Home away from home

Lovely, large and homey. Other than some little cleaning that was needed on the outside table, sweeping of leaves and removal of spider webs, the house was sufficient for a family of 8. Bedrooms accommodated well for our number and living rooms were large enough for the family. The pool although advertised as solar heated, wasn’t as warm as we’d hoped. Otherwise they also had pool equipment in the garage that could be used. Kitchen was well equipped, and the 2 fridges is handy if you have a large family bringing numerous groceries for the week.

Homely house

Lovely comfortable house with great surround sound theatre room/ lounge. The pool was very clean and a lovely backdrop when sitting outside. Spacious master bedroom with large tv. Easy cut through path leading to a short walk to the surf beach. Lots of books & magazines to read while relaxing on the sun-lounges near the pool. Only 2 things I could pick was couldn’t use shower in second bathroom upstairs as the spout wouldn’t tighten & kept flopping down no matter how much I tried to tighten it,so everyone had to use ensuite shower.We could have called office to get maintenance to fix it but couldn’t be bothered with the hassle when you just want to relax .Also there was a big tree branch sweeping across the whole drive way which made it hard to park in the garage without scratching paint work on the car. But overall beautiful property and very comfortable
