Across the street from St. Richards Catholic Church, in the North Fondren area. 1.7 miles to "Downtown Fondren and University of Mississippi Medical Center, and 0.3 miles to Banner Hall and Broad Street Baking Co.

This 1950 bungalow was completely remodeled eight years ago by the current owner. The remodel included new bathroom and kitchen, wiring, plumbing and sheetrock. The house features a fabulous 110 sq ft screen porch and a 280 square foot deck that is affords a lovely view to relax or birdwatch in this neighborhood with mature trees.

Bird feeders stocked with sunflower seeds keeps a regular stream of Cardinals, Tufted Titmice, Black Capped Chickadees, finches, and many other occasional visitors, including woodpeckers.

The Cardinal House is about 500 steps to Broad Street Baking Company and Banner Hall.

Great property with a screened in porch and big back yard. Nice kitchen, new washer and dryer, walking distance to good breakfast at Briad Street Bakery and Lemuria Bookshop. Close to Whole Foods. We have family in Jackson, and will stay again.

Tranquil Place and great management

My sister and I stayed for a month and a half and we have no complaints about the house, the manager was very responsive and helped us when we had any issue. It’s in a quiet and safe area and I had many amazon packages delivered there and never got anything stolen. I also enjoyed seeing the cardinal birds flying through the backyard everyday. Overall I would recommend this place to anybody traveling to Jackson MS

We loved the Cardinal House!

Quaint house in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The beds are comfortable and everything was clean! The kitchen had everything we needed. The owner was always available if we had a question. He was super nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Warmth!

Such a great little house! The screened in porch was such a plus with comfy seats, no bugs and warmth from the weather and the very helpful property manager. It would be a great space even on a rainy day. The beds were great and the house very clean. We would definitely use this property again.
