Situated in the beautiful and popular Rainbow Beach Resort and offering everything you need for a relaxing beach side escape.
* Unit fully refurbished as at August 2025.

This modern unit is fully self contained featuring:

- microwave
- Smart TV
- dishwasher
- washing machine/dryer
- full size fridge
- air conditioning
- free Wifi

Enjoy full use of all the resort facilities including:

- lap pool
- lagoon pool
- outdoor spa
- tennis court, please bring your own tennis racquets and balls
- 300m walk to the beach
- kid's playground
- BBQ facilities

Sleeps four in one x queen size bed and two x single beds.

* Strictly no smoking please.

Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.

Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.

Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

The unit itself was nice, just refurbished. There was a stale smell of cigarettes though like whoever owned it smoked. The screen door wasn’t opening smoothly we kept it shut because I was worried it would come off. The fridge wasn’t working well I had to put what I could in the freezer. The park that was on the property wasn’t functional and the walk to the beach closed. My biggest disappointment was having to pay an extra 60 for linen and towels, then make all the beds myself. For the amount I paid a night with that extra cost and job it wasn’t worth it, not when you’re on a holiday. Lots of stairs, kids and suitcases wasn’t fun either! But the unit had been made up nicely and was cosy.

The check in process for this property was not clear. When we arrived at the property the toilet was disgusting with lots of black mold in the bowl. There is not access to wifi, the DVD and TV don't work and finally, you have to bring you owner linen. The linen is not a problem, if there was clearer communication. I personally have never stayed in accommodation where you have to bring your own linen so did not see this on the advertising, there was no further communication beyond the booking that it was required so we did not take any. The cost was a further $15 per person for the linen and then you had to drive to collect it and come back and make the beds up. When you are on a break, you don't expect to be having to go to all of that further effort.

Was an enjoyable stay but unfortunately no air con which was a bit hard to take until cool change came through. Just needs extra items ie champagne glasses and more wine glasses - easy walk to family in Rainbow Shores and beach.

May Day long weekend at Rainbow

Great price, great accommodation. Nice size kitchen and open plan out to large deck for Saturday night get together with friends! Huge shower, quiet rooms. Awesome pools and BBQ areas. Clean and casual-loved it! Spa was out of action- oh well.
