The interior is beach white with splashes of colour and a modern edge. A large bathroom/laundry with shower, front loading washing machine, separate toilet. Great morning walks are to be had up The Bluff, stopping for refreshments at Whalers Inn or head to the Yilki Store for morning coffee or the mouth watering Beach House Cafe. Launch your boat and bring your own dinner home for the BBQ! This property has it all.

Indoor Comforts - Flat screen TV, DVD player, R/C air conditioner, Ipod dock. Fully self contained kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and good size fridge. Outdoor Entertaining - Table and chairs for alfresco dining on the deck complete with gas BBQ. Garage not for use.

Pets permitted - the property is not fenced, but the entire deck is secured. Internally there are floor boards or tiled surfaces throughout and pets are allowed inside also.

Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.
Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 60-30 days of arrival.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded.
A booking fee may be charged to you at the owner's discretion.
Cancellations or refund requests by guests on arrival or during occupancy as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Escape Holiday Rentals will not be refunded. RLA298101.

Owner'S Rights
Please note that the Owner has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may Retain ANY Deposit Paid, and re-let the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the owner reserves the right to Retain the payment received if we are unable to re-let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing. RLA298101.
