Why they chose this property

It is the best of all worlds; once through the gate you have 500 acres of beautiful parkland to play in but a 15-20 mins walkthrough the park and you have the county town centre of Maidstone right there!

What makes this property unique

The Buttery over 550 years old, cool in summer and warm in winter because of its well insulated thick walls. We have a large inglenook fireplace with breadoven. Step back in time and enjoy the peaceful setting on the wall of the park.
