Front apartment, balcony with equipped barbecue, living room with two comfortable sofas. Well lit and airy. With ventilation and fans that keeps the weather nice. It has two bedrooms (one suite with air conditioning), two bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. Covered garage in the building.
Located one block from the sea, in the center of the half beach and close to the quiet Corner of the Beach. Ali is close to the best restaurants, night bars, hamburgers, pizzerias and etc ... The location is also privileged with banks, supermarkets, pharmacies, fruit trees and bakeries. The beach infrastructure has showers and bathrooms. The waterfront has boardwalks for walking and cycling, plus leisure and fun options like stand up paddle and boating.
Meia Praia is next to the beaches of Porto Belo and Bombinhas, beautiful beaches, lots of fun and lots of nature. With easy access to BR-101, exit to other places such as Beto Carrero World (+ -40 km), Balneário Camboriú (+ -11 km), Florianópolis (+ -69 km) and other beaches in the region. In addition to the local shopping options, it is also easy to reach the major shopping malls such as Balneário Shopping and Porto Belo Outlet Premium.

Gostei, ótima localização,lugar tranquilo.Perto de farmácias, mercado e padaria.
O apartamento possui roupas de cama,mesa e banho, achei ótimo. Também guarda- sol cadeiras e carrinho para carrega-los. No entanto algumas coisas precisam melhorar: o ar condicionado é muito barulhento, atrapalha dormir. Uma cama de solteiro que tem outro embaixo são muito ruim,a geladeira não está conservando bem. Senti falta de cortinas.
Os proprietários são muito atenciosos...
