We rent 5 apartments on the best location on the island. If you looking for escape from hustle of hotels our house is the best choice. Ocean view apartment A & B for couples. Apartment C and Studio D with garden view. All our apartments are spacious and have fully equip kitchen with stove, microvave, fridge and coffee maker with coffee filters, bathroom with spacious shower, and a/c bedroom. Last of our apartments is top floor of our house with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, big kitchen and terrace. Unit villa is for 8 people available.

BEACH WHITE VILLA ARUBA is located in front of 3 beaches, at the highest point of the most prestigious residential area on Aruba, which is Arashi. Google maps: Catalina Cove

The LOCATION is by the finest beaches which are Boca Catalina, Catalina Cove

(which is the best snorkeling area on aruba) and the Arashi Beach has crystal clear water and white sand. Our house is located 1.5 miles away from the high-rise hotels which is the area with all the tourist attractions so we are in a calm location. One of the most popular diving locations which is the Antilla ship Wreck can be seen from the house our house is also about 1 mile away from the windsurfing, kite-surfing, and different kind of water sport area. Also the first Casinos are located about 1.5 miles away from the house.

The owners are super friendly and answered every question we had. The location was perfect for the four of us; We could snorkel, sunbath, and watch the sunset every day. This site is away from the crowds, but within a short drive to the high rise area to enjoy shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying at Beach White Villa.

Beautiful place

Great location, walk across the street to the beach for great snorkeling. Also short walk up the road to Arashi Beach Shack for drinks and food on the beach. Parking was the only issue we had, but not a huge problem.

Long weekend in Aruba

The location of the place is perfect!! Across the street from the beach, a couple of minutes walking to another nearby beach. Not in the middle of resorts and not crowded with tourists. The apartment is very clean and spacious. We were very happy and had a great time.

Mike and Victoria were amazing hosts. Mike gave us some great recommendations for eating and for fishing charters. Victoria was very quick to answer texts for any need we had. This place is so close to the best snorkeling on the entire island.

It's a simple place in a good location. Perfect to just drop your stuff, sleep, shower, simple meals. Spend your day at the nearby beach, which you can walk to. Alos easy to explore on your own from here and the hotel district is just a hop skip and jump in your car rental for restaurants. Second time here and it always works perfect.

One HaPpY Location

This is one of the absolute best locations you could ever stay at. Beautiful white sand beach across a small street with the best snorkeling on the island. Our family enjoyed the pool in the afternoons, grilled out a couple of days for lunch, and the kids talked to Thor the parrot there daily. Veronika was regularly there working around the property and helped us with any questions we had. ☆☆☆Highly Recommend☆☆☆ ...and we have already made plans to return next year! Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Great to be out of crowded areas. Accommodations comfort but not fancy. If you like to walk for exercise or to see the rugged north end of Aruba, this is a great spot. Snorkeling is easy but if you are used to colorful (live) reefs, this is a little disappointing. On the plus side, there were a lot of fish!

Most relaxing vacation ever

We could cross the seaside road and relax under a palapa--and walk into the ocean for the best snorkeling--many small reefs that made us feel as though we were in an aquarium--parrot fish, turtles, angel fish and more! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and we loved the outdoor kitchen (we could get snacks without having to go inside). We had as many towels as we needed and the host was lovely but not intrusive. We will definitely return! (We rented two parts of this lovely house, so my other review is the same!)

Extended weekend in paradise.

Let me start by stating Viola, Veronika, and Mike who attend this property are fantastic! I had an additional guest and need to cancel one room and book another with a lockout and every person who's involved with this rental is amazing. Lovely stay close to Boca Catalina and Arashi Beach

This property is a lovely space with a studio feel that is a very short walk to both boca catalina and arashi beach. It has a small kitchen that was well stocked with everything that we needed to cook small meals (egg sanwiches and grilled cheeses) for the kids when needed. We had the additional room with the king bed, so there was plenty of space for all of us and room to spread out. The beach was lovely. Both kids enjoyed arashi for swimming and catalina for snorkeling. My 6 year old even saw an octopus!

Perfect place for us!

White Beach Villa Studio (plus bedroom) was very comfortable. It was 90 degrees most days, and the air conditioning kept the studio and bedroom nicely cool. We loved gearing up for snorkeling, then walking across the street and getting into the water! The fish were plentiful and beautiful. The grounds around the villa were lovely and attracted a number of birds. I enjoyed sitting on the shaded veranda and listening to them flitting about the palms. There was a clothesline by our entrance, a pleasant surprise! And the 3 outdoor showers were great for rinsing off gear. Michael the manager lives on the property, and he was extremely helpful with information and advice. He is so friendly! I met his beautiful macaw, Thor, that lives on the property. I whole-heartedly recommend staying here!

Perfect location

Snorkeling daily, yoga on the beach at sunrise alone, cooking our own meals, shopping at local grocery stores, buying Rum (and getting free samples) from the rum store by Red Fish restaurant, eating at Zeerovers, working out at S4B gym, meeting Veronika, driving our own car, having a super cute apartment (studio D) with air conditioning, a well stocked kitchen, a BBQ grill and covered patio and spacious additional bedroom with own a/c, and did I mention the BEST beach to snorkel was across the street??!! We continue to talk about Veronika and how helpful and available she was to give information, but never bothered us. I sent several emails prior to the trip to ask questions, and Viola and/or Veronika always answered quickly. I appreciated that since we had never been to Aruba and had lots of questions. We also LOVED the fact that the winds kept all bugs gone from the beach all day long! We have started gathering a bigger group with the hopes of renting again next summer. Thanks again Veronika! And we hope to meet Viola on our next trip to Aruba and your beautiful home!

Great Snorkeling

Nice big apartment with a/c in both rooms. Manager is super-nice guy. Thor the parrot is cute and so the cats that visit. Snorkeling is AWESOME : 4 beaches all withing 5-7 mins walk. One across the street (Catalina Cove) has lots of fish but be aware of rocks (hard to get in and need water shoes) and LOTS of sea urchins. Boca Catalina and Tres Trapi were our go-to for kids playing near at the shallow area and for snorkeling (and we usually did swim from Boca Catalina to Catalina Cove and back). Both have sand entrance, so you don't need water shoes. And fish is right there next to your ankles. :) Did NOT like Arashi beach (neither snorkeling nor entrance there, also crowded and noisy). Highly recommend Roberto's Watersport and Delphi Watersport for tours. Tried both and enjoyed (Roberto's is perfect for the family with younger kids). Super Food and cafe inside it were our go-to for food. US-made is very expensive, so look for local or European brands. Overall great vacation and we hope to be back. :)

We had such a great time staying in apt D of the Beach White villa. Place was exactly as pictured. Our family of 4 included two children ages 6 and 8, and there was plenty of room for all is, especially with the extra bedroom. We had our own snorkel gear and would walk across the street daily to snorkel. All the snorkeling boats come to Boca Catalina. Even saw a trumpet fish. Arashi beach 5 minutes walk, and it was nice to share the beach with locals. Would recommend a car to site see and gather groceries at Super Foods. Drink the local beer as bottles can be recycled. We cooked almost all our meals for the week and ate out just a few times. Splurged on dinner at Flying Fishbone in Saveneta. Drove the short distance to California lighthouse, undergoing renovation as of this writing, and hiked around the rugged terrain. It was beautiful. The apartment itself is well kept. AC worked great for us along with WiFi. No problems. We totally enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff. Would not hesitate to come back.

Wonderful place

When we saw this listing, we thought that, given the property details and price, it was too good to be true. In fact, it was a dream come true. Loved the location, far away from the "big" city. Proximity to Boca Catalina and Arashi beaches was ideal. Ample parking for our rental car. Super spacious "studio," much larger than the name suggests and additional bedroom with king size bed and own a/c was wonderful private space. Excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities. Viola and Veronika were delightfully helpful. Would love to come back again soon!
