Large Luxury Condo, Minutes from Branson Landing, Walk-up Unit.

This is the unit guests come back time after time! Located in a very quiet area but only minutes from the shows, shopping and restaurants; a huge unit; one of the biggest 2 bedrooms in the Branson area. Top finishes with granite countertops and high end appliances make this a luxury condo. This is a walk in unit so you have no stairs at all and you park your cars right out front so it is ideal for guests with mobility issues. We like to provide you with extras like free WIFI, a big basket of snacks, and your morning coffee. You can walk right in and start enjoying Branson!

- Living Area -

The living, dining and kitchen area are one open huge area. You can easily visit while someone makes a snack, watches a movie or plays cards. The big open deck is right off of the living area and overlooks the pool as well. You will feel like you are miles from everything but you are so close to Target, the Branson Landing and 1 min to the Branson Rec Plex. The sleeper sofa is ready for you to enjoy! Big screen tv and DVDs too. The decor will make you fall in love with the space - just wait until you see it!

- Two Bedrooms -
The master bedroom suite includes a king size bed (with high-thread-count sheets, of course), and a private bath with a tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a standard bath close by. We include flat screen televisions in both bedrooms, so everyone get to watch what they want! This unit sleeps up to six.

- Fully-Equipped Kitchen -
The kitchen in this condo is fully-equipped with everything you need to make your favorite meal. Why wait in line at a busy restaurant when you can enjoy home-cooked food right in the comfort of your home-away-from-home? The kitchen is open to the living area, so the cook won't miss a moment of the conversation. There is also a dining area that is adjacent to the living area.

Had a fantastic time. Had an unfortunate pet death, but met a man (Pringle) who called a realtor friend (Kathy Clark) who referred us to veterinary clinic and handled everything for us. Will definitely consider a return visit

Our 2 bedroom condo was very convenient for us because our total traveling group consisted of an additional 7 party members who were booked at The Mulligan (ADA Compliant) rental just about a mile away. Condo consisted of a large kitchen, modern appliances, and also modern and comfortable living and dining room furniture. Very quaint looking. Nice decor. Key pad entry was a little difficult for us, but a nice gentleman (employee) took time to come on sight and provide us with some training.

Comfortable quiet condo

The property was easy to find and well situated near restaurants, attractions and major roadways. The facility was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I enjoyed the balcony table to play games or just sit and read. Overall it was very nice.

Perfect Location

This condo was just as pictured. Very clean. Perfect location for us. The pool right out our back for was very nice. Everytime we got in it we had it to ourselves. Im sure it's not always like that. But, it was like having our own private pool. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Stay

This condo was perfect! It was clean, well stocked, conveniently located, easy to find, easy check-in, quick owner response; everything was great! The bed was comfortable, the ice maker in the fridge was nice, good television selections, roomy parking, shower accommodated a shower chair, enjoyed the back patio, and our favorite thing was that we could bring both our furbabies. It's not a vacation without them. Also, walking in to see the Christmas tree and decorations made it seem just like home!

Things that need to be addressed

No stopper for master tub therefore not able to use bathtub. Second bedroom and second bath very small for adults, fine for kids. Ice dispenser doesn’t work on refrigerator.

2 Things

We could not get the dishwasher to operate. It was not a big deal as we are of the age to remember when dishwashers had 2 legs. We washed, dried and put them away. Number 2 is the front door. It is loose and we do not consider it to be very secure. In addition it is not energy efficient as there is daylight all around the door. These 2 things will NOT prevent us from booking again. The facility was clean, well equipped and decorated very nicely. The facility is very roomy.

Our guests noted that there was not enough hot water for the jet tub. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the condo. It was clean and location was great. Quiet and peaceful place to stay.

Everything was clean, organized and ready to use. The location is good and very good directions were included. The condo was larger than any of the condos we have stayed in previously. We intend to stay at this condo on our next trip to Branson if it is available.
