Great Weekend Getaway!

We came and stayed for a weekend, hoping to just get away from everything for the weekend. The property was great! The view of the lake was amazing, the place was comfortable and had all that we needed. A couple of things to note that may be helpful for future renters- the description of the property states that the fireplace is a gas fireplace, we found this to not be the case. And when we arrived there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. We aired out the home and then realized a little bit afterwards that the smell seemed to be coming from the laundry room, possibly from the home below this one. We closed the laundry room door and that helped a lot. Overall however it was a great experience. We would for sure stay here again.

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and check in was easy. Steve was great communicating throughout the process. The townhome is easy to get to, with parking right outside the front door. The place is in great shape, you can tell the owners put a lot of pride in making it an outstanding retreat. The floors are new, the beds are comfortable, and the sunrise on the back deck overlooking the water is amazing. The kids loved the bunk beds, the grill was full of propane, And we enjoyed playing card and board games that were provided. As mentioned in other reviews, we had the entire dock to ourselves. The swim platform and chairs, tables down by the water were much appreciated. We stayed sun- wed and the water was calm, boatIng in and out was easy with a nice cove to tube and relax on right there. We recommend this place and hope to be back next year! Thanks for letting us enjoy your townhome.

We have booked many properties through HomeAway & VRBO over the years, this property is by far the best to date! There is truly everything you need here, the property owner is very generous with the extras. The grandkids loved the dock with the swim ladder and dive platform. There was plenty of seating on the dock, shade and even a swing. The deck with the comfy table and chairs was our favorite spot. There were lot of games for the one rainy morning and every kitchen appliance we could think of. The property was clean and our contact was quick to respond to our questions. This is a super nice, comfy and clean townhouse. We will definitely be booking this again. Thank you for allowing us to stay at this wonderful property!

Great location for a quiet fall getaway.

Fabulous view of the lake from every window and covered deck. Enjoyed the Adirondack chairs and swing in the boat dock. Townhome is very comfortable, has nice updated furniture and beach decor. Has everything you need to relax and enjoy the lake.

My honest feedback is that this is a nice condo on the water with a private dock. Great view. Rough water at certain times but good location. Sleeps 9 comfortably. Nice beds. Easy check in and good communication. When we got there the entryway and deck were covered in Cobb webs and spiders which you could tell had been there for awhile. Some of this is to be expected by a lake but since you pay a cleaning fee I would expect it to be at least hosed or swept off. The refrigerator had old opened food and other items. It was dirty. I took out a garbage bag of trash at the start. The bathrooms were also in need of cleaning so I did that as well I reported to the owner assuming they use a cleaning service. Some suggestions would be to have st least a sample size dishwashing liquid upon arrival. The other suggestion would be to replace the carpet with a vinyl or real hardwood flooring. It would be easier to clean and not appear so dirty. Overall we had a great time and would stay there again...just wish it was a bit cleaner

Excellent location and home

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great and water taxis are easily accessible. It was nice to sit on the outdoor patio and watch the activity on the water (or from inside). The living room had plenty of space to seat a large group and was comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms was stocked with all the nice extras that you often have to buy - spices, condiments, shampoos, lotion, etc. You can easily rent a jet ski from a nearby location. Our family created wonderful memories here. The 4th of July was awesome with quick easy places to drive to watch the fireworks. The manager was excellent to work with and helped us find a sentimental ring we accidentally left behind. Great place !

Beautiful townhome with so many thoughtful touches.

This is by far one of the cleanest and most beautiful places we have stayed at the lake. There were so many thoughtful touches such as the little basket of chocolates by the welcome note, the calming lavendar spray for your pillows at night, soft, fluffy towels, comfortable beds and bedding and a gorgeous view of the lake. Our group absolutely loved our stay. Steve went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and would answer promptly if we had a question. He even made sure to turn the heat up a bit before we arrived on a blustery cold day so that we would arrive to a toasty warm home. The decorations and small touches to this place were extraordinary. We so appreciate the thought you put into making our stay so comfortable. We will look here first the next time we travel to the lake.
