The perfect place for your Branson Getaway! Stocked with everything you need for your Ozark vacation.
After your long day of exploring Branson, gather your family together in our cozy condo. Come back and prepare all your meals in our fully stocked kitchen. Retreat to our large deck and listen to the sounds of the Silver Dollar City train in the distance. Curl up in our comfortable beds after your day of memory making.
Table Rock Lake is just a short 2 minute stroll on the property. Enjoy a dip in the lake or some fishing. We have provided fishing poles, life jackets, and a picnic basket. Perfect for an afternoon escape. *please note the terrain can be difficult to navigate for persons with mobility issues.
Enjoy the outside amenities-outdoor pool, playground, and tennis court.

Branson has so much to offer! After booking, you will have access to a digital guidebook I have put together with all my local favorites!

DO NOT INSTANT BOOK WITHOUT DISCUSSING YOUR PET IN DETAIL WITH ME FIRST TO SEE IF IT MEETS OUR REQUIREMENTS!!! We consider SMALL TO MEDIUM, ADULT, LOW SHEDDING dogs. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, must be kenneled while you are away, leashed and picked up after outside, and not a barker or whiner while you are away due to our neighbors in the condo. There is a $25 per night non refundable pet fee.

We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee:
-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees. Please leave A/C running at 70 degrees during the summer months-June through August.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen. All trash is to be collected and taken to the dumpsters.
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Make sure ALL windows, doors, and sliders are closed and locked.
-(Optional) Please start one load of towels if you have time. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to
the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
-Take one final look around for forgotten items-cell phone chargers, etc.
-Please make sure all remotes are returned to the designated room.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was extremely clean and felt fresh. Beds were comfortable. We didn’t utilize the kitchen other than the ice maker but will on our next stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

We were in Branson for a short trip. There were 5 of us in our group. This condo was the perfect size. It was close to Silver Dollar City and everything in Branson we wanted to do. The indoor pool was great. The kids enjoyed the pool each night we were there.. We would stay here again!!!

The property was just as expected. The small details made a huge difference. We wanted to be close to the lake because my son loves the water and enjoys fishing. The lake was easily accessible from the property and the host made fishing poles and chairs available. My SUV is a smaller crossover, so I wasn't able to get these items in my car for the trip, this was a huge factor in choosing this property. The condo was furnished with all the essentials and we had all we needed to enjoy our trip in a home away from home. Thank you, Brenda for being attentive during our booking and stay.

Nice short getaway

This is a nice, clean property with plenty of room for 5-6 people. Very convenient location and the pool was small but pleasant, while the tennis/pickle ball/basketball court have been recently refinished. The walk to the lake is short and not too steep with a walkable rock beach at the lake’s shore. It’s a short 7-minute car ride from Billy Gail’s. Other restaurants we tried to visit were always closed when we arrived - seems like a lot of restaurants in Branson have “permanently closed” so check or call before you go. The only negative I have is not the owner’s fault - the family staying above us had a little one who ran Charriots of Fire races every morning before 7a. I never said anything as I was hoping the parents would figure out that this was really loud and others were probably sleeping at that time, but it never stopped. If you’re unlucky with heavy walkers or kids running around up above, good luck sleeping in. Otherwise, I will consider this property again.

Awesome condo!

My mother-in-law and I brought my two kids and nephew here for a long weekend. The condo was wonderful and we enjoyed it very much! Very clean, fully stocked and super comfy beds. The kids also enjoyed the indoor pool and splash pad. Brenda was super communicative and quick to respond. We will definitely book another stay in Branson through her again!

My name is Brenda, I am the property manger of Lake Life Vacation Rentals and I am the property manager of this beautiful Eagle's Nest Resort condo. My husband and I first vacationed in Branson in 2010, and absolutely fell in love with the area and Table Rock Lake. So much so that we set a goal to purchase a home in the area. Five years later, we purchased our first home and now own and manage several vacation homes in the area.

We love coming to Branson and shopping, taking in shows, boating on Table Rock Lake, and going to Silver Dollar City (this is our kids' favorite part). My dad loves to come and fly fish, and loves talking about the one that got away even more :)

We travel a lot and have come to realize things that are most important to us when renting a space. We make sure we add all those components to our homes and the ones we manage. We hope you enjoy your stay at our condo and fall in love with the area like we did 5 years ago.
