Situated In the Heart of Darwin city. It is in the Oaks Elan building unit 1504. Which is level 15, with Harbour Views. Just been newly refurbished. It has 2 Bedrooms. Main bedroom has views, with a king bed and bathroom. 2nd bedroom has 2 singles that can be made into a king bed and also has a bathroom. There is a full size kitchen, with dish washer, full size fridge, microwave and all kitchen utensils. There is an internal laundry with dryer. Lounge and dining room. TV with Netflix, WiFi, Balcony with views. There is a Gym and a Roof top pool. The complex has a restaurant and under ground car park. You are walking distance to all amenities, shopping malls and nightclubs Walking distance to the Convention and Darwin Entertainment Centre, Wave Pool and Waterfront. At the Waterfront there are many restaurants and entertainment, especially for children.
