Residence of Green Tree Riga
Cozy, spacious 2-bedroom apartment with a veranda of 111 sq.m. in good repair for persons who love silence, pine forest, singing of nightingales and beautiful views in the territory of the park area Klavciems.
Accommodation for up to 5-6 people, including 2 children. Nearby there are the shopping centers ‘’ RIMI ’’, ‘’ Maxima ’’, "Riga Plaza", "Spice", gas station. Public transport stop is near the house. To the Old Town - 10 minutes by car, to the airport - 15 minutes by car.
Heated floors are located around the perimeter of the entire apartment (marble tile), wooden parquet is in the nursery.
Far apart from the main highways, silence & green park, kids playground in the yard. Respectable and quiet neighbors, protected territory.
For the convenience of little travelers we prepared a highchair and playpen (on request) which are provided free of charge.
Specially equipped extra sink and toilet for children up to 12 years.
Free parking on the territory of ownership (up to 2 cars at a time).
Towels, shampoo, shower gel, bed linen included in the price.
Utility bills included in the price.
Rapid response to solving community problems 24/7.
