Inside, the home features a bright and comfortable living area complete with a slow combustion fireplace, soft seating, a 40" TV, and a large D V D library—perfect for cosy movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, while the adjoining dining area invites guests to gather and share stories of their mountain adventures. With two well-appointed bathrooms, electric blankets, extra pillows and blankets, and quality linen throughout, every detail is designed for relaxation.

Step outside to the spacious deck for alfresco dining, complete with a gas B B Q and tranquil garden views. The large, fully fenced backyard provides plenty of room for children to play safely. Rosella Retreat also offers complimentary Wi-Fi, a comfortable workspace, and convenient self-check-in.

A peaceful sanctuary close to shops, cafes, and local bushwalks, Rosella Retreat is the perfect base to experience the best of the Blue Mountains.

Perfect for a family holiday

Wonderful place for a winter stay

Our group of adults, young children and grandparents have all enjoyed this cosy, homey and well equipped house. It is a well looked after home ; gardens were well maintained, heating options were appreciated and we particularly loved how homey it felt. We look forward to returning.

Warm in Winter

Another lovely time with family at Rosella Retreat. We were all comfortable and warm after a morning exploring. This is our third time and it really works so well with Nanna, kids and parents. Everyone can retreat to their own space. Thank you.

Another lovely holiday

We were here last year together in winter... my son, my daughter, her husband and their two little ones (4 years old and 20mths old). Truly a perfect house for our family...lots of spaces for children and adults to relax indoors and a safe and sunny backyard. Great to come back to each day after our adventures in the surrounding beautiful Blue Mountains. Great to have wonderful heating straight away and wood fire when we got to it. We'll be coming again! Thankyou.

Home away from home

We really enjoyed our time at Rosella retreat and would stay again. - good communication from Blue Mountain escapes regarding check in. - the house was very spacious and the room set up was good for a couple and a family with kids. - the kitchen was very well equipped and having a washer and dryer available was very useful. - having readily available firewood was a nice touch, ducted heating was great. - an easy 15 minute drive to the main Blue Mountains attractions. - The only thing we would add that would make the property more child friendly is to have a mat under the dining table as we were worried about the kids spilling something on the carpet. Thanks again for a lovely stay.

Relaxed and comfortable..a very family friendly layout

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was a bonus in the little separate study room which meant the baby had a separate room with his portable cot etc. Although other than bedrooms and bathrooms the house is open plan, there were three areas i.e. main lounge, smaller lounge area off kitchen and dining nook for 8 seater table which allowed various family members' choices for activities. It was wet and cold most of the 5 days we were there so sport on tv, chatting in other lounge area and 3 year old's craft on the dining table could happen simultaneously. Just a note, carpet throughout so if you have littlelies you'll need a plastic waterproof playmat and BYO high chair. Lovely special time to celebrate my sister's 60th with all the family. Thank you. We'll definitely come again

Great weekender

Rosella Retreat is a very cumfy, spacious and clean house. We stayed for 2 nights and had a very enjoyable weekend playing Retro videos and board games in front of the log fire. I highly recommend staying at this loveley house. John Baird from Maroubra NSW
