The Park Avenue # 212 (silver) unit is an upstairs entry that features a fully equipped kitchen, dining room/living room, and half bath downstairs with one private bedroom and full bathroom on the main floor and an additional private bedroom with a full bath upstairs. The bedding in Park Avenue 212 offers 1 king bed in the first bedroom and 1 king bed plus 1 twin plus 1 twin daybed in the second bedroom as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room. This rental will comfortably sleep up to 7 guests. Other amenities include wireless/internet access in the condo, carport parking which will house one vehicle under the carport with auxiliary parking available nearby for one additional vehicle. A parking pass is required to park in the auxiliary parking space; please contact our Guest Services office at least 2 weeks prior to arrival to arrange for the auxiliary parking. The clubhouse offers changing facilities with showers, hot tubs, laundry room, outdoor heated pool and sauna. ~Summer/Fall monthly rentals - one dog 25lbs. or less accepted with pet deposit.
