This condo was spacious, quiet, beautifully decorated, had everything we needed for cooking and a beautiful view of the mountain. We had an absolutely amazing vacation and Amy and Greg were so helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely property!

Beautifully decorated and comfortable property within an easy distance to the ski lifts and a quick drive to Main St where there are lots of great places to eat and drink and shop. Large Grocery store a 5 minute walk. All amenities easy to work and a well kitted out kitchen. Lovely and cozy with the fire! Loved it.

You Don’t Need a Car if You Stay Here!

This condo is ideally located…within walking distance to the Fresh Market (just across the street) and two bus stops (to the slopes and anywhere else!) A wonderful sledding hill is right off the back patio and the view of the mountains is beautiful! The condo is nicely arranged to accommodate two adult couples and three children comfortably. Owners were responsive to questions. We couldn’t have chosen a more perfect location!

Family Ski Trip

We had the best experience!! Amy and Gregg were over the top fantastic hosts!! We had an early flight in and they arranged to have maids come early (for a fee) and clean so that we could check in early. This was huge for us, with ski bags, groceries etc! The location was awesome, located at the base of Park City Mountain, perfect for a family like ours who skied every single day!! Grocery stores, shopping, shuttles, it was all so easy!! Thanks to the Greers for a memorable family vacation in the books!!

Our family (two adults, two kids - 10 and 7) had a terrific time. The house is recently renovated, everything is modern and clean. Location is great - very convenient to the mountain and to town. We had a couple of glitches and questions but Amy and Gregg were immediately available to assist when needed.

We are a dedicated skiing and snowboarding family of 11 - five kids and three grandkids. We love Utah and these beautiful mountains and love to share them with our guests. Amy teaches at Park City Resort and loves to share local tips - best runs, local eats, shopping, hangouts, and secret spots.

Why they chose this property

The ski condo sits right off the 17th green of the Park City Golf Course with unobstructed views of the course and resort mountains. You can walk to the grocery store in 2 minutes, movie theater in 3, the resort in 4 and Main Street in 10. We know that our guests love to ski and also love to enjoy themselves when not skiing and you can do it all from this perfectly located home base.

What makes this property unique

Recently remodeled throughout with picture windows framing the mountains and golf course from every room. We are an end-unit so it's extra open, light and airy. The clubhouse, pool, hot tubs, and saunas are open and heated year-round and offer the perfect place for aprés ski. Walk to everything or take the bus that stops right out front on Park Ave and on the corner of Empire Ave. Cole Sport is a 1-minute walk if you want to sample the latest gear.
