The Park Avenue two bedrooms-two and a half baths condo is adjacent to the cross country ski trail and within close proximity to the Park City Mountain Resort. This unit is conveniently located on Park City's free transportation route and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and grocery stores. 1400 square feet. The Park Avenue (silver) unit features a fully equipped kitchen, dining room/living room and half bath downstairs with two private bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs. The bedding in Park Avenue 250 offers 1 king bed and 2 twin beds, there's also a sleeper sofa in the living room. The private spa is located in the outside atrium/courtyard area of the condo. Other amenities include complimentary WI-FI, carport parking, changing facilities with showers, common area hot tub, laundry room, outdoor heated pool and sauna. This comfortable property is great for families and offers a home away from home in a magnificent mountain setting. This convenient location and accessibility to the area attractions will make your vacation memorable and thinking of your next return visit. *Private hot tubs are de-activated in the summer. Summer rental private hot tub activation fee is $35 per day plus tax. Advanced notice of 72 hours or more prior to your arrival date for summer hot tub activation is required.
~Park Avenue guests will check in via our "Direct to Condo" check in process. A pre-registration form is required in advance from the guest in order to disclose the electronic door code/entry code to the rental.
~Your rental does not include housekeeping services during your stay, however, housekeeping services are available for purchase. Please contact our Reservations office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to purchase this service.
~Park City's free city-wide bus system is easily accessible from the Park Avenue Condominiums.

Great location and private hot tub, but…
Excellent location ( easy walking access to bus and Fresh Market), no need to rent a car. Private hot tub was great after a day on the slopes. Without going into too much detail, the unit is dated yet comfortable. First day had to document all the damage in order not to get charged which was a PITA because of the multiple nicks and bruises typical of a rental. Management was very responsive.

Fun Stay at Park City
Booked this place due to location and private hot tub. Walkable to grocery store, liquor store and a few restaurants. Thought would be walkable to main village base of Park City ski resort, but just a bit far with gear. Public bus stop is very close, but very confusing which one goes where. Constantly asking drivers if they were going where we wanted, and it wasn't just us. The place itself has all the basics you need. Pictures are accurate; dated but functional. Good communication and check in. The hot tub was hot and perfect after a day on the slopes.

Great place to stay
Walkable to the ski lift. Enjoyed the private hot tub every night. One evening other people were using our hot tub and the property management immediately addressed the issue and we had no other problems during our stay. Definitely would stay there again!
