Park City Captain Molly Hideaway is centrally located in the heart of Park City. You'll be close to everything — resorts, shops, restaurants, and you overlook the Park City golf course! The Park City Golf Course is groomed for the Nordic skiers in the winter – cross-country and skate skiing right out your back door! The free Park City bus stop is just outside the community so you can easily get around the area to enjoy everything Park City offers.

The home features two levels, 1,408 square feet, to sleep up to six guests with two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.

You'll enter from the carport into the stairway that offers ski storage, and then the door to the condo. The entryway takes you to the main living area with the living room, kitchen and dining area.

Living Room: Comfortable leather recliner couches, contemporary glass tables, gas fireplace, 50” Smart TV with DVD system. You'll love the vaulted ceilings that provide an open and airy feel, and the private balcony that overlooks the golf course with mountain views

Kitchen: Fully remodeled and equipped, stainless steel appliances, including a 4-burner electric range.

Dining Room: Seating for up to seven guests in the dining area, with lots of natural light from the large picture window.

The positives: we had a couple of maintenance issues with toilets that would not stop running, broken shower head, and a baseboard heater that would not shut off. Maintenance fixed the shower head and toilets in a timely manner, and shut off the baseboard and supplied a space heater, which was just fine with us. The cons: The condition of the unit was disappointing. There were multiple spots where the carpet was torn, and or stained and hadn't been replaced. Most of the furniture was either broken, outdated, or missing pieces. The couch was supposed to be a sectional, but it was missing the corner piece and they placed a side table there instead, super weird and uncomfortable. We couldn't use the entry closet or a closet in the master bedroom because they were full of unusable furniture. The mirror attached to the dresser in the master bedroom looked like it was about to fall off and break. The unit was slightly dirty when we showed up, not terrible, but still would have liked for it to be cleaner. A few of the windows were left open when we arrived and they were quite hard to close because there were storm windows installed on the inside that made it hard to shut the exterior window. There were two times that we were without water for multiple hours because they had to repair a water line out by the driveway, I understand this sort of thing has to be done, but it would have been nice to have been notified of the water shutoff and an estimate given for when they thought it would be restored, but we were never contacted about it. In summary; I would rent from Park City Rental Properties again because they responded and resolved issues in a timely manner, but I would not rent this particular unit again.

Christmas stay
The bones of this condo are great- particularly the layout and location. However, more thought could be put into amenities. For example, the stairway up to the condo was good for leaving skis and poles, but it was frigid- so definitely not a place to leave boots, helmets, or jackets. It would have been nice to have hooks for coats once you entered the actual condo- instead we had to drape them over chairs or drop them on the floor. Also, the kitchen needs more serving platters/bowls- I actually had to buy a salad bowl because there was nothing big enough. Lastly, the two "sofas" are actually made up of 5 lazyboy recliners, some reclined and some were broken, and overall kind of awkward. Overall, we enjoyed the condo, but found amenities to be missing- should be easy to improve!
