The 3 Bedroom condominium offers 1610 square feet of space. The Park Avenue #216 (silver) unit features a fully equipped kitchen, dining room/living room and half bath downstairs with three private bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs. The bedding in 216 offers 1 full bed in the first bedroom; 1 queen bed in the second bedroom and 1 queen bed in the third bedroom. Additionally, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the sitting area adjacent to the dining room. The living room offers a large flat screen tv with HDMI plug in. Two of the three bedrooms offers flat screen televisions with HDMI plug in capabilities. Other amenities include carport parking, changing facilities with showers, common area hot tub and outdoor heated pool, laundry room, outdoor heated pool and sauna. This comfortable property is great for families and offers a home away from home in a magnificent mountain setting. This convenient location and accessibility to the area attractions will make your vacation memorable and thinking of your next return visit. ~Park Avenue guests will check in via our "Direct to Condo" check in process. A pre-registration form is required in advance from the guest in order to disclose the electronic door code/entry code to the rental. ~Your rental does not include housekeeping services during your stay, however, housekeeping services are available for purchase. The location and layout of the condo was very convenient for our needs. It was well outfitted and we could easily find the amenities we required. While mostly clean, there were a few signs of wear as well as a few kitchen items that were not clean. The communication and assistance was exceptional.
Great location. Easy walk to the store and lifts.
Accommodations are mostly updated. Some of the unit is tired.
Had an electrical issue with the electric stove and breakers that was resolved within 18hrs. Good communication and prompt service.

The unit was well placed by the resort, which was less than 10 minutes by foot. It was across the street from a major grocery store and several restaurants. The laundry and pool areas were close to all units. Every unit had some parking, which is useful because while Park City has a good and free busing system, walking around made us feel uneasy. Since we were on vacation, we spent more time away from the unit during the day, and most of our time in the bedrooms at night. The bedroom furniture was falling apart. It was also old and unsightly. The bathrooms hadn't been updated since the 1980s when the unit was probably built. So the residential aspects of the stay wasn't as good as the resort/urban aspects.
This was a perfect sized place for our group of five buddies from college. It was close enough to walk to the ski lifts, and to restaurants downtown. It could use a TV more modern than the boxy VCR combo TV from 1995, but other than that, no complaints. While it doesn't have the most modern stylings, it has plenty of beds and bathrooms. The property management group was very communicative and helpful throughout and after the booking process. Would definitely stay here again.
