Nestled right at the base of Park City Mountain Resort, this beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo offers true ski-in/ski-out convenience, placing you just steps from the lifts, ticket windows, restaurants, and shops in the vibrant resort village.

Resort Plaza is made up of three well-located buildings and includes complimentary Wi-Fi, elevator access, heated underground parking, and access to a nearby year-round pool and fitness facility. Just outside your door, the free Park City transit system makes it easy to explore Main Street, Canyons Village, Deer Valley, and more—no need to drive!

Inside, you’ll find 1,700 square feet of inviting space to relax and recharge. The open living area features an inviting gas fireplace, a full kitchen with everything you need for home-cooked meals, and a dining area perfect for family meals or evening game nights. The sleeping arrangements include a king bed and twin in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the second, and two twin beds in the third—perfect for families or small groups.

~ Direct to Condo check-in. Just complete a quick pre-arrival form to receive your personalized door code.
~ Daily housekeeping is not included, but optional services are available with advance notice—please contact our Guest Services team at least two weeks before arrival for pricing and setting up housekeeping appointment.
~ Parking is included in the underground garage (Lowell Building), with a clearance of 6 feet 9 inches. Oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated, and alternate parking is not provided. You'll find your parking pass on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
~ For the comfort of all guests, smoking and pets are not permitted in this rental.
