The Gold-rated Resort Plaza #5052 is a generously sized Park City vacation rental featuring 1,500 square feet of stylish comfort. Inside, you’ll find an open living and dining area with a cozy gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen perfect for meals and entertaining, and air conditioning to keep you cool during the warmer months. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, while the second bedroom features two queen beds—ideal for families or groups. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional flexibility.
A few helpful notes for your stay: ~Check-in is a breeze with our convenient Direct to Condo process. Just complete a brief pre-arrival form to receive your personal access code. ~Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged in advance—please contact our Guest Services team at least two weeks before your arrival. ~Parking is provided in the Lowell Building’s underground garage (clearance is 6 feet 10 inches); a parking permit will be waiting on the kitchen counter. Oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated, and alternate parking is not available. For the comfort of all guests, smoking and pets are not permitted.

5 days of great skiing, fun time in restaurants and saloons then….Saturday with 12 inches of powder elevated our skiing to EXCELLENT!!! No lines, fresh pow-pow……superb! Blasted the mountain then called it a day shopping and ending at our favorite Saloon! 💥
Condo was in a great spot if you are skiing at Park City Mountain Resort. Ski School for the kids was a very short walk and Payday lift was right there as well. Living area and bedroom are spacious with plenty of room for everyone. We would book this place again. Only note was the washer and dryer are small which is expected in these condos and water temp in the showers tended to vary as others used other faucets.
