Casa ótima, porém sem manutenção
A casa é bem estruturada, espaçosa e boa. Porém falta manutenção. O preço da casa não estava condizente com o que ofereceu em minha estadia. Apenas as dependências sociais estavam limpas. Colchões e sofá cheios de poeira e ácaro. O Jardim sem manutenção, com mato tampando a visão, a cerca de vidro do muro não existe mais. A garagem principal não abre. Não possui lençóis e toalhas. Ar condicionado em um quarto só. Ótima área externa e de piscina (único porém é que a churrasqueira fica no andar de cima).

Obrigado pelas observações. Já providenciei a manutenção do jardim e do portão da garagem. O parapeito da fachada da casa está sendo trocado e não deu tempo de instalar antes do início da locação. Também providenciei protetores de colchão e a limpeza dos sofás. Ficarei atento e mais rigoroso quanto ao serviço de faxina da casa.

Ótima casa e localização.
Fui bem atendido, o dono e gente fina e prestativo. A casa atende as expectativas - ela e bem melhor do que nas fotos - vista para o lago muito boa...por do sol bem bonito lá, piscina excelente e aquecida.

Boa casa
Boas acomodações ,tudo limpo com um jardim lindo, piscina limpa , lugar bem tranquilo. Pra quem quer ir pra Capitólio é bom lembrar que tem que fazer a travessia de balsa( que é até legal ) e dirigir uns 14 km de estrada de terra ( isso eu não fui informado que era estrada de terra.) Tem como ir pelo asfalto porém são 117 km aproximado até (Turvo = de onde sai as lanchas pra passeio ( com preço melhor 90,00). Não tem padaria próxima da casa . No mais a casa é muito boa .

Ola,
realmente quem quiser optar por pegar a lancha em Capitólio MG ( 90,00 a 110,00 3 hs de passeio ) deve pegar a balça ( 15 minutos) e depois percorrer 14 km de estradada de terra .
Mas achei que você ia optar por pegar a lancha em Guape MG evitando ir ate CapitólioMG apesar da lancha ser 180,00 por pessoa 6 hs de passeio.
Mas colocarei no site para melhor atender os próximos hospedes .
