Thank you for choosing an Exclusive Escape Holiday home. We would welcome Leith back anytime. The property was well looked after and communication was prompt and polite.
The house is in perfect location, close to beach and town centre. We had everything needed in the home for cooking, eating and great to have a washing machine too.
The house is perfect for a stay down south with friends or family. It was located in a quiet cul-de-sac, a short walk to the beach and the town centre.
Amenities are good and the beds were very comfortable.
The house was beautiful, great location for our family getaway from Perth. My niece was over from Melbourne and it was the perfect place to reconnect and get to know her.
A great little short stay property in a quiet location and facilitates.
So central, only a short stroll to the beach, town centre and the house itself was clean and had room options and great facilities, thank you!
Comfortable and convenient property for our family stay. Air conditioning on hot days was appreciated by all.
Tried to book again for 2023/24 but already booked. Recommended.

We loved our stay at Cormorant Cottage! We were in Dunsborough for a sporting event, so its location was very convenient being close to the town which has plenty of shops and eating places. The house had everything we needed - a very well equipped kitchen & laundry, plenty of seating and tables inside and out. The beds were comfortable (we only used the two queens). The larger bathroom is huge and includes a bath, however the 'ensuite' bathroom is actually part of the main bedroom - there is no separating wall - it's around the corner from the bed, but you walk straight into it from the hallway - not a good design really!
The house has a lovely private garden - very peaceful sitting outside in the beautiful fine weather we had!
Lovely place. Would have been nice to be told toilet was broken and overflowed when flushed. Toilet in main bedroom fine, however given ensuite had no door, no one could go to the toilet if anyone was asleep in the main bedroom. As explained by Property Manager when I called it in, the owner already knew. Perhaps the owner should be offering renters discounts until they fix the roots in the septic pipes. Other than that, lovely place. One hint though, one aircon for the whole house?? Perhaps one at each end of the house, then the main room wouldn't be sweltering by the morning and the rest of the house cold (closing bedroom door). Thank you to your company for making the process so easy.
We have been going to SBB for 6 years as my brother always enter a sculpture. We are now all in our 70's and at the age for trips or falls looked for somewhere without stairs which had a separate games room with a large couch or sofa bed as a member of our party suffers from insomnia so he needs somewhere he won't disturb everyone if he cannot sleep.
Cormorant Cottage is in a great location, has the space and is really well equipped however there were two things that we were disappointed with. ACCURACY OF ONLINE LISTING. Firstly the couch in the family room - NOTHING like the photos on the website, in fact the blue couch is very uncomfortable and would benefit with a clean. Secondly it states that there was a sofa bed in the games room - if in fact it is a sofa bed I/we couldn't see how it worked.
We had 2 problems which were dealt with quickly and efficiently by Shaun.
The problem with wifi connection could be eliminated by adding another chapter to instructions.
A great holiday home with the added space of a games room (with plenty of table tennis challenges). The house is an easy walk (or even easier bike ride) into town. During the days we explored the amazing coastline up to the lighthouse with a few trips to Yallingup and Smiths Beach. We all really enjoyed the home and it was a great holiday home for a stay in Dunsborough.

We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the home, especially the games room. We’re delighted the home worked so well for your stay in Dunsborough, and we’d love to welcome you back again in the future!
Its a very short walk to a family friendly beach, town is a 10 minute stroll, and a nice quiet area.
The house is well appointed and roomy, comfortable mattress in the main bedroom
Brilliant property with great access to Town Centre and Geographe Bay. Only issue was when the sprinklers turn on they spray right onto an outdoor GPO by the sliding door, which can trip the power if it were on.
The cleanliness of the property was pretty poor. Close the curtains and dust went everywhere. Floors made your feet black. The games room was flithy - floors, bugs, etc. Ants were frequent in the house. The kitchen and bathroom was clean. Outside area full of cobwebs and we had to clean down the outside table and chairs before we could use it.
The house itself was a good size and beds comfortable. Would stay again if cleanliness improved
All the amenities for a family vacation. Great location.
House is a little run down however still an easy enjoyable vacation.
