Great location and great for dogs
We enjoyed our stay . The Abbey Beach Cottage is in a great location...close to the beach and easy access to Busselton and the surrounding districts.
Our dogs had a great time with a secure backyard and nearby walks.
We would stay here again.

Loved our stay here. Excellent communication with Tania made it all so easy. Location is fantastic just a few mins walk from a beautiful beach and within easy access of the key areas. Property was very well equipped and great value. Would have loved to stay longer.

Great house for what we needed, suited our family of 4 school aged children very well. Board games in the house were a hit. Great location, close to everything but also in a nice quiet area.

Spent a wonderful weekend, with the 4-kids and husband, the house is cozy and inviting, the beach just a stones throw away, the center of busselton was just a quick drive. Will be returning.
It was lovely being so close to the beach where dogs were also allowed. This meant that with minimal organisation and luggage we were able to go to the beach and not have the wet sandy dog in the car on the way back ;-)

We stayed at the Abbey Beach Cottage for 3 nights while down for a wedding. It has everything we needed and was lovely. The couches are very comfy. Having the portacot and high chair was great as it saved us having to bring our own. The backyard is so green and great for kids to play in. The fridge and freezer are a great size and there was plenty of plates, bowls etc. We plan to stay again as it was such a nice place.

Well equipped, cosy, clean and all functional
Stayed 3 nights with 8 people including a 2 year old toddler. Well equipped property with loads of DVD and WII/PlayStation games and outdoor games set. Everything works great and we had a great family bonding time together. Price really good and even better than the Baptist Church chalet properties nearby. Owners did not require property bond and that works well for us. About 15 mins drive to Busselton jetty where we landed a 56 cm southern Australian salmon.

Comfort a hop skip & jump from the beach.
Very well set up home plenty big enough to accommodate 7 people and great enclosed garden for the kids and dog to run around in. We enjoyed toasting marshmallows over the fire pit and being able to wander back and forth to the beach whenever we wanted. The dog was in heaven having multiple trips to the beach during the day and a lovely bench placed to catch the sunset views - magic.
The only thing that was not great was the electric stove. Obviously been mentioned before as Tania told me there was a separate hot plate in one of the cupboards that we had not noticed. Good excuse for takeaways and bbq's. Overall a very enjoyable stay and we would definitely book this property again.
Enjoyed our short stay. Excellent location and decent facilities.
Great communication and easy access.
Thanks Tania

Fabulous location but not value for money
We enjoyed our stay because of the proximity to the beach and the property manager was super helpful, even sending a fan when one of the existing fans broke. However, given the price per night, the house is not good not value for money compared to the 10-12 other places i have stayed in the south west: sticky tape on the light switch, no front light, bug zapper outside didn't work and there were lots of insects, really old kitchen, fans that were completely useless (except 1), aircon only in the lounge (it was very hot in the house!), a fridge that froze everything even on medium setting and was super rickety, bathroom railing fell off, 3 rolls of toilet paper for 8 nights and so on. It wouldn't take much to spruce it up with some quality fittings and a new fridge - I think the existing ones were Kmart? The many pictures of the outside area on the site did indicate that the inside wasn't the selling point of the house. I know one can't control it but the rats running along the fence at night were a bit much too!
But as I said, location, location, location. Great community oriented beach, tap out the front of the house so you can wash up...all made it a good trip. Thank you for asking for feedback.
I took my daughter and her friends for a getaway after finishing year 12 (they didn't want to attend leavers).
The house was easy to find and a fantastic location in regards to beach and main roads. The girls were able to head out for the day and loved coming back and chillin at the beach or at the house. It was very well resourced, heaps of games and DVDs and we could even log into our netflix account.
Thankyou to Tania for allowing us to stay at your 'home away from home'. I got to chill and hang out too. 😁
Location was perfect! Literally down the road from the beach, and a dog friendly one too! Was so relaxing and had everything you could possibly need! Fire pit and movies was a great touch too! While process was super easy and would definitely come back, thanks again!
Comfortable, clean, well equipped house in a great location. Thought the garden and the outdoor setting was lovely.
