About this property

This tranquil holiday home, with views of the ocean through the trees is a short walk from a beautiful beach, and close to wineries, surf, fishing, great restaurants and galleries, and the spectacular scenery of south west Western Australia. The house has four bedrooms, one with a king bed, two with queen beds, and one with four bunks. The house is on three levels, with the living area on the second floor with beautiful views of the sea through the trees.It also has two queen bedrooms and the main bathroom. The master bedroom is on the third floor and is a private retreat with spectacular views.The house has all the amenities you will need for a relaxing holiday, including a television, barbecue, pot belly stove and air conditioning in the main living area.

THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT RENT TO LEAVERS Minimum 2 night stay NO PARTIES. No more than 8 people to be on the premises at any one time. No noise after 10 pm.
Note: Tenants are required to bring their own linen and towels. Blankets, doonas and pillows supplied.

Beautiful property in a fantastic location.

My wife and I along with some friends enjoyed a lovely weekend down in Eagle bay for a wedding. The communication prior to arrival was fantastic. Great location with amazing views, very comfortable and is only a short walk to the beach. I hope to be back.

A beautifully built and maintained home in a fantastic setting with everything you require from a holiday home. Had to call the property manager for a small issue who was a lovely lady and dealt with the matter promptly. 10/10

Eagle Bay escape comes with resident Kookaburras

The home was tucked away in surrounding bushland with glimpses of the ocean from the deck. Well maintained older home. Driving in and out needs care but we loved the low key ambience and no fuss approach.

Chilled vibe

We enjoyed the well equipped house with the fantastic view. A very chilled vibe which is what we were looking for. I would highly recommend this house for a family get away.
