Millhaven is the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy. The house is tastefully appointed, very comfortable and clean and offers stunning views from the balcony of the surrounding countryside and down to the water at Geographe Bay.
It is away from suburbia giving guests a unique experience of quiet spaces to relax while surrounded by nature, stunning trees, glorious sunsets and wonderful views.
This property provides a welcoming retreat to make your holiday special.
Quedjinup is a highly sort after area and perfectly located between Dunsborough & Yallingup which makes getting to beaches, shops, restaurants or wineries easy.
Yallingup Wood-fired Bread shop is a 1 km walk to get your fresh warm loaf.
Simmos Ice creamery, with mini golf & children's play area is 2 km down the hill.
Dunsborough, only a short drive away, provides cafes, shops or a walk along the foreshore of Geographe Bay.
Yallingup, equally close, has great swimming, surfing, snorkeling and fishing spots. This area is renown for its award winning wineries & restaurants, art galleries, spectacular beaches & caves, which are all close by.

THE HOUSE
Bedroom 1 is downstairs - Queen size bed with ensuite bathroom, ceiling fan and electric blanket.
Bedroom 2 is upstairs - Queen bed, ceiling fan and electric blanket, desk & chair.
Bedroom 3 is upstairs - Queen bed, ceiling fan and electric blanket, double doors opening onto Balcony.
Bedroom 4 is upstairs - double and single bed.
Bed linen and bath towels supplied with beds made for your arrival.
Lounge area - Downstairs - smart TV, Netflix, reverse cycle split system air conditioning and an enclosed wood fire (some wood supplied).
Lounge area - Upstairs - 139cm TV, Apple TV & a reverse cycle split system air conditioner.
The Kitchen - is fully equipped and well appointed with quality items. Bosch double wall oven, gas hotplates, large fridge, Bosch dishwasher, automatic coffee machine. It adjoins the 8 seat dining and lounge area.
The Laundry - front loading washing machine, clothes dryer, trough and broom cupboard with Dyson vacuum stick, ironing board and iron.
Bathroom Upstairs - a shower with a separate bath. Next to the bathroom is a separate toilet.
Fenced 5 acre property, with a stunning group of old growth trees, and an area of reticulated lawn and garden surrounding the house.
Lovely quiet areas on both upstairs balcony & downstairs verandah to relax.
Downstairs outside eating area has a dining table and director chairs with BBQ.
Please note: This property includes all linen and towels. This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dish washing liquid, sponge & bin bags, some pantry items are provided.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
