Rose in Bay West Busselton

ABSOLUTE PERFECT EXECUTIVE HOLIDAY HOME
This new 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house is purpose built for holidays and is ideal for families. It is in a peaceful location, across the road from large park with children's play equipment. There are frequently ibis from the nearby wetlands and groups of pink & grey galahs foraging in the park. The beach is 200 m away.
Min 2 night stay, however over peak season is up to 5 night stay.
Home has WiFi. + Netflix
With a separate games room. With a pool table, family room, dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, there is room to spare. There are three bathrooms. The house has 6 split airconditioners, a natural gas heater. We want this to be a home away from home, so there are , books, boardgames, CDs, DVDs, Records and Record Player. There are many small items supplied which make holiday life easier - detergent, coffee, tea, clingwrap, aluminium foil, tissues.......and more. The double garage carport . There is a gas BBQ .
Booking fee for this house is for 6 people.
An extra fee is charged per person per night.
Max of 8 people.

BUSSELTON JETTY -This 2km jetty is the longest in the southern hemisphere. The new UNDERWATER OBSERVATORY at the end of the jetty gives you an amazing view of life beneath the sea, with beautiful coral, sponges and many species of fish - and you don't need to get wet!

SWAN WRECK - An excellent dive site - the area is one of the best scuba diving places in WA.

OUTDOOR DRIVE-IN CINEMA - There are only 2 of these left in WA - one in Busselton. It's a great experience for the kids - and adults can re-live their adolescence!

MARGARET RIVER WINE REGION - Home to some of the best wines in the world. There are a multitude of wineries within half an hours drive of Busselton. Margaret River itself is 1/2 an hour away.

CAVES & FORESTS - There are pristine tracts of native forests and spectacular caves in the SouthWest region. The wildflowers are unique and beautiful.

YALLINGUP - World class surfing beaches 1/2 an hour away!

DUNSBOROUGH - Beautiful, safe, park-like beaches which are ideal for children. 20 minute drive.

There are a myriad of attractions in the Busselton area - award winning arts, crafts, galleries, fantastic restaurants and gourmet foods, chocolate factory, cheese factories, Yahava coffee, golf, archery, animal parks.............the list goes on!

Wonderful week away

We had a great time away staying at this beautiful property. Its got everything you could possibly need, is spacious and located in an amazing location with walking access to the beach and jetty. My teenage son and his friends had a great time playing pool non-stop for four days in the games room. loved it all and would definitely stay again. My only one (and small) suggestion for improvement would be for a second TV located in the games room.

Fabulous house

This house is fantastic with everything you could possibly need. Close to the beach and shops. Plenty of room for the 6 of us and air con in all the bedrooms was great. The owners are terrific to deal with and very prompt in getting in touch. Lovely place in much sought after west Busselton. Can highly recommend

Perfect stay

We stayed for 2 nights. Location perfect as we needed to be near the Busselton Netball Association Courts for a competition my 12yr old faughter was competing in. Communication was quick and the owner was extremely accomodating. Would definitely stay there in the future

Family long weekend

We were a family group, 2 seniors with adult kids. We loved everything about the holiday home; the setup, location & facilites. Michele, the host was very helpful, making sure we had all the information & checking we'd arrived ok. The Busso100 weekend weather was attrocious, but it was a great place to recuperate after & the games room a nice inclusion. 100% recommend this place & will stay again if its available....

Beautiful house in a great location!

The house was perfect for my group of 6. Plenty of bedrooms for us all to have our own space and 3 bathrooms! What a luxury! The open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room is just the right size and the games room adds even more shared space. The house is very well equipped and the ownet very easy to deal with. We will definitely be back!

Home away from home

Our extended family have stayed here for numerous Christmas holidays and have been delighted with the space, comfort, proximity to the beach, park, town and shops.The beds are very comfy; there's plenty of seating for a large group; and the pool table and children's 'secret' play room keep the kids occupied.The owners are wonderful to deal with and do all they can to make your stay a pleasant one.

Christmas stay in Busselton

The house is amazing - spacious, with a lovely kitchen/dining area & a games room for the kids to muck about in when they’re not at the beach. Ample bathrooms too. Whilst pricey given the time of year we booked for, we thoroughly enjoyed it & appreciated the communication from the owner Michele.
