Fantastic unit, right at the marina and cracker pub/restaurant. Weather was shocking but the unit was toasty warm. Comfy beds and furniture plus all the bits and bobs you need to enjoy your stay. Very quiet at night too

Nice but shame about the lack of view and communication.
The accomodation was clean and well stocked. Bath was lovely. Unfortunately I didn't realize I needed to fill out an online form before I was given entry details or that I needed to give a $200 bond (because I had a debit card) as I've never been asked to do this before when staying at short term accomodation. Bit of a nasty surprise. The least they could do was send me a message through the Stayz app.
A positive - the owner neighbours & dogs were friendly - important as you all share the small lawned garden off your patio. Half the unit block are rented - the holiday unit is in the middle. The accommodation was below standard in relation to the high cost. Understandably it was peak season, & we booked late (September) thereby limiting our options. .Cleanliness - the unit was not well presented and in need of a very serious deep clean. Previous guests /cleaners had left a full dustbin unemptied in the ensuite. A non-smoking property - there was a dirty ashtray on the patio table with cigarette butts in the garden bed & outside the rear (main) entry door. Smoke smell. The carpet was hairy - not vacuumed (the supplied vacuum was weak & useless). Washing machine was good but the private washing area had weeds and old shells and rubbish. The sliding door channels were full of dust preventing the doors from sliding. The bbq was grubby but due to the next guests. Beds & Linnen - the main room bed & pillows were very comfortable. The rear room had 2 mis-matched beds suited to young children - not suitable for adults. The main room bed sheets were stained ( I hope it was in fact clean stains and not re-used sheets). Cleaner should not use stained sheets - the middle of base sheet stains.Kitchen is sufficiently equipped with a mismatch of stuff.1 each bath towels are white fluffy but very small. No hand towel in downstairs toilet. Noise penetration from other units
Yes the property was very good overall, of note there could be a barrier added at the bottom of the stairs to improve safety when staying with toddlers.
Such a beautiful and spacious property in a very quiet and lively neighborhood. The property was clean and It had everything I needed for the entire 2weeks of my stay.
I had a nice reason around the Marina when less busy could easy grab coffee or lunch and restaurant just 1 minute away.
