Fantastic family get away

Spacious, clean and well equipped home. Wonderful touches like games, movies and tennis racquets etc made it lots of fun. We loved the two indoor pools for the children as it was a wintery week but didn't miss out on swimming and fun.

Beautiful Getaway

Great getawat

We booked the villa as we were travelling to Busselton for the Jetty swim. Richard was a fantastic host making sure we arrived and that everything was as it should be. The villa is in a great location near to shops and the beach as well as being right next to the tennis court and the pool. We had a great time!

We love the lifestyle, sun and beaches available right here on our doorstep, and Abby’s Beach Villa helps us provide families like ours the opportunity to enjoy what we believe to be some of the best that Australia has to offer. We are an active family, love the outdoors and having worked in the recreation and leisure industry for 30 years, I appreciate the importance of recreation and leisure time, and Abby’s Beach Villa provides a space and opportunity to get away and do just that. Our teenage boys – love everything from the tennis court, pool, beach, riding into town and the arcade games. Of course, an Aussie beachside holiday home would be incomplete without a BBQ and a beverage in hand, and in Busselton, be spoiled for choice all year round with any of the local winery’s and breweries from Margaret River right on your doorstep ready to explore, sample and enjoy. Abby’s Beach Villa is our special place, so welcome – we hope you love your stay as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

The villa is located 8 kms from Busselton, a short car drive or a 20 minute bike ride away along a cycle path next cycling alongside Geographe Bay.

Dunsborough is another short drive away, which takes you to some stunning beaches, Bunker Bay, Eagle Bay and Meelup Beach are some amazing places to visit, plus many many more, the list is endless.

What makes this property unique

Busselton Villa is conveniently located next to 'The Grocer' mini-market, chemist, newsagency, The Grouper Fish'n' Chips and other speciality shops.

The Grouper Fish & Chips is a must especially on arrival, call ahead as there is normally a 45 minute wait time, the fish and chips are that good

A short walk is Tonic, a great local pub that serves fantastic drinks and meals.

Just a 400 metre walk, down a safe path is the stunning Geographe Bay beach

Local wineries and breweries and chocolate factories are definitely worth a visit.

Margaret River is an approximately 45 minutes drive away

A little further is Hamlin bay where you can feed the friendly sting rays
