There is a BBQ and outdoor setting on the front deck to make the most of the view across the bay whilst cooking and enjoying a meal.
There is a gate to secure the back yard and a large lock up garage for two vehicles. There is a spare fridge/freezer in the garage for storing extra drinks and for freezing the days catch.
Local Area
It is a 2 minute walk to the local supermarket, liquor store and nearby food outlets.
The white sandy beach just across the road is pristine and dolphins are often seen swimming by or playing in the bay. It is a lovely spot for swimming, beach fishing, snorkelling or crabbing.
The cycle path passes by the house, and it is a 5 or 10 minute ride into town or a 20 to 30 minute stroll to the famous Busselton Jetty or for a casual meal at one of the beach front cafes and restaurants.
For those who need more than a deck chair on the front deck taking in the breathtaking view, there is an information pack in the entry of the house with ideas on where to eat locally, places for families to explore and local vineyards and breweries in Margaret River and also the Ferguson Valley. There are also several wine tours that will pick you up from the front door.
Busselton is home to many exciting annual events such as the Busselton Ironman and Half ironman, various music festivals , the famous Jetty swim and Geographe Bay Race Week which is the largest sailing regatta held in WA. Be sure to book your accommodation well in advance if you are holidaying over these busy periods.
Doonas, pillows and blankets are provided and bed linen and towels are available at extra cost of $25 per person. Guests are welcome to bring their own sheets and towels.
Cleaning fees do apply.
Guests please note: bookings taken for the Christmas and New Year period are a minimum of 7 Days.
Apologies to school leavers - the beach house is located in a quiet area and not suited to parties of school leavers.
