Great views, lovely enclosed backyard for the dogs. The verandah is lovely also for the dogs and us to watch the world (and dolphins) go by.Property is spotless, comfortable and the fireplace makes it very cosy.

Fantastic location. House had everything we needed and great instructions for everything. Even had two days of good fishing for the kids and grownups directly opposite the house

Thanks Kevin, appreciate your kind words, so pleased you had a good time.
We really enjoyed our stay in Busselton. The house was clean and comfortable and in the perfect location to enjoy both Busselton and the amazing beach opposite the property. Would thoroughly recommend and would love to stay again in the future.
Our stay was wonderful with the beach near our front door. Excellent location to access all the sites of Busselton. The house is very spacious, clean and home away from home.
Lovely spot and spacious accommodation. Having ramp access to front door made it more easily accessible for older family members. Everything you could need. We would definitely love to stay again.
Such a comfortable, well-resourced house in such a perfect location. We enjoyed all that Busselton had to offer and loved being able to walk directly from the property. Thank you so much Carole for sharing your piece of heaven!
We recently stayed for 3 nights. The house was a home away from home. The house is large and set out and decorated very nicely. The verandah area is fantastic with amazing views of the beach across the road. We would definately recommend and would stay here again.
The pictures don't do the property justice, even nicer than the pictures. Loved the view and everything felt very homely! We were already planning our next stay, before we left. Well priced!
Beautiful house, comfortable beds and lounge suite, well equipped kitchen. Perfect location opposite beach but also with supermarket around the corner and town only 5 mins drive away.
We had a wonderful stay and even though we were subjected to quite the storm we were comfy and cosy and watching the lightening show.
The house is in a quiet street directly opposite a dog beach so Mr Markus the fur baby had a ball as well as Miss 12. Would definitely book again.
We have stayed several times at your lovely property. As always it is so peaceful for us and our mad labs who adore the beach. Truly wonderful.
Cheers Michele and Mark
Overall we were very pleased with the property. It is very well kitted out with everything you need for a relaxing holiday away with family.
We enjoyed being able to bring our dog along for the break, the yard being secure was a huge benefit, except the gates could have been a little higher (he likes to jump).
Overall i would recommend this property as the views from the front balcony were impressive

Thank you Jason, glad you enjoyed your stay, hope you will stay again one day.
Even though we arrived in the dark and rain (first in 5 months) checkin was fine. Even though it was Easter Monday, the nearby IGA provisioned us well.
A great staging place for Margaret River and Cape Naturaliste. The Shelter Brewery helped us round of the brief stay. The house and Shelter are both very child friendly
